they have Good Coffee and Good service the owner running my Starbucks in 63128 area in derbergs plaza is very nice to me and all the worker they understand what my family is going threw with my mother inlaw and my fiancee and I love Huong Ly so much and yes we are now engaged from being living together for 10 years and knowing each other for 12 years. Read moreWorst Starbucks experience ever. Ordered a mocha frap and the barista didnt even take time to mix it. I almost kept it bc nobody likes to be a pita but i thought "i just paid $6 and im the only one in the store, shouldnt be too much trouble for a remake". Boy was i wrong. She remade it and she did it perfect but the face, the sneer i got even as i said thank you. If looks could kill. Then Finn, the other employee, w/a super rude tone says "Sir we're closed inside. But you can go sit outside as long as you want". (Its 92⁰) I asked "what time does the inside close?" Finn says "7:00". I look at my phone its 6:55. I politely suggested to Finn that another way to phrase that would be "Just a heads up Mr. Customer we close at 7:00". I would've left at 6:55 anyway to be courteous but then me exiting courteously wouldnt have offered Finn the opportunity to rudely kick me out. Those 2 employees on staff tonight were the rudest, Low Vibe, unfriendliest, inhospitable green aprons i've ever had the displeasure of encountering. Terrible brand ambassadors for Starbucks. Read moreWas at this Starbucks location this morning. I was put in an embarrassing situation by one of the employees . I was trying to get a cup carrier for my coffee and a stopper and I was told that I just can’t grab things and she repeated it twice for everyone to hear like I’m stupid and can’t understand English. She’s judging me I think for my looks because I’m Asian. I never have a problem before when I get things that I need for my order at this location such as napkins, paper bag, cup carrier and a stopper at the counter. It’s there in front of me and I thought it’s for the customer. If they are worried about sanitation they should put my foods in a bag not on the counter I don’t even know if the counter is being wiped clean and they should put my hot coffee in a cup carrier and the order should be separated by the other orders.
