Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Concord

One star for online ordering experience and one star for past experiences.... other than that..... ordered for drive thru pick up. Arrived about 3 minutes after app said the order was ready. I rang the "door bell" at the window and waited about two minuets and thought they must be busy. After another 3 minutes of staring at my order on the rack, I rang the bell again. About 30 seconds after the second ring, a nice gentleman opened the window and asked " What's the name?" After I told him he brought my wings and bread and thanked me. I asked what about my salad. He double-checked the receipt and promptly grabbed my salad and (blue cheese) dressing. I asked if the ranch for the wings were in the wing boxes, and he said yes... despite the long wait in the drive thru, I left happy and hungry! I got home and blah I ordered a garden salad and had a ceaser not what I was hoping for. I opened up the wings and had no ranch! My salad was wrong. When they first opened it was great. I live 2 minutes down the road and actually had to wait and let it cool down before I ate my food. Now it seems like they are going down hill. I had a pretty simple order of a chicken Cesar salad and chicken parm sub. Although it got here pretty quick and the delivery driver was pleasant the food was not. I asked for extra dressing as one packet is not enough for me and I open the bag and got no dressing at all along with no utensils to eat with so I picked at it with my fingers as my dishwasher was in the middle of a cycle. Then, I got to my sandwich and that was far from top quality. Last I knew chicken parm consisted of chicken, cheese, and a red sauce. Well there was very little chicken, almost no cheese and no sauce to taste. I could have fit all the ingredients in one half of the sandwich. Do yourself a favor, before you even entertain the idea of ordering a pizza delivered from the 212 Fisherville road, Concord NH Domino’s franchise, ask them how many delivery drivers are working at the time of your ordering. Sadly, there was only one driver working at the time of our delivery. This was on a lazy Sunday afternoon and it took over a 1:20 minutes to receive our order. Whatever happened to the “30 minutes or it’s free” over-hyped marketing campaign?!? The driver apologized for our luke warm, room temperature pizzas and explained that we were the third and last stop on his three stop delivery run. This franchisee should be honest and upfront about staffing levels with his customers and give them realistic delivery times. For a company (Domino’s) who changed the face of the pizza industry by being the first to start delivering pizzas in the 1980’s this is a terrible disappointment and avoidable by just...
