McDonald's — Restaurant in Concord

So I get off of work after a long day. I work nearby and I was hungry so I went to my local McDonalds for a couple items. I order a double cheeseburger (only ketchup) and a medium fry. I don’t even order a soda, as I have some at home. First of all, I’d like to say, this simple order of two things cost me nine dollars and twenty cents. I get inflation is rough, but the prices have gotten absurd. Anyways, back to this specific McDonalds. I used to go there often, and it was always hit or miss. Often times my cheeseburger would be dripping with some sort of liquid or it would taste good but look like it got sat on. It seemed I could never get food at this location that both looked decent and tasted good. So I have always been wary of this McDonalds in particular, but today really set me off, hence my review. After paying nearly ten dollars for a burger and some fries, I was handed my bag and told to have a good day. I don’t check my bag, because the workers made it seem like I was all set. I was not. I get home, sit on my couch after being on my feet for nearly 8 hours, and find there is no burger in my bag. After already having a long day, and many bad experiences at this particular restaurant in the past, this is my last straw. I am now very hungry, and very disappointed. Also my fries...

I moved to concord recently with my family and this location is so close to my house. I love McDonald’s. I’ve visited this location maybe 5 or 6 times sense living here and each time their has been and issue with my food. Either cold old food, not getting the correct sandwiches we ordered or them Not putting sauces, straws or napkins. Lastnight my daughter had a play at Merrimack valley middle school it started at 6 ended at 8 we were starving so we wanted McDonald’s. We went and got 4 meals and ended up spending $50. My boyfriend orders a double quarter pound with cheese no pickles and got a single quarter pounder with cheese plain! I asked for sweet and sour and ranch they didn’t put it in the bag. All four fries were cold and gross. And my son asked for a double cheese only pickles and ketchup and he got a regular double? People Work hard for their money and should be able to get what they pay for and I think this location could Use a little guidance on...

Cold french fries, and when I asked for extra fries in my happy meal there were apple slices instead 😢 Sorry to say but just cuz I order a happy meal doesn't mean I want cold food.... As for Fisherville Rd, Concord MCDONALD'S I will NOT be stopping at any time soon waited over 15 minutes and the clerk wanted me to almost hit the car in front of me and was all you have a little room had to explain if that car is a standard he'd hit me on take off if he rolled so don't give me negative vibes cuz I don't want to cause a accident didn't even get food that night because they were out of the boo buckets after not even being out for 3days and No prior notice of them being out was advertised..... Kinda like your adult Happy meal was also a joke if you didn't have there app I tried ordering two times and both times denied Gorham location and Fisherville Rd Concord NH location.....So I say your staff needs better training at...
