My review is more about the waitress than anything else. The parking was plentiful, the lot and restaurant were clean. More food than we could eat. It didn't taste great though, not sure why, probably just me as I did spend the following day in the hospital due to poor health, not the restaurant, it just felt like something was missing, though I didn't voice that to our server when she asked. The service provided was quite professional and kind. The greeter seated us at a table that was comfortable for us and quiet quickly with thoughts about my personal comfort and needs, which was very much appreciated. Our waitress though was a class act and this review is more about how we were served by her. She didn't intrude during conversations, but was there as needed and anticipated our desires; none of us ever had to ask for a single condiment, or anything else. Not once did we have needs to call her over, she took care of everything before we even asked. She was quite the professional! Not being the 18 yo and annoyingly perky server we've come to expect, perhaps she isn't tipped as highly as the less experienced and less professional servers. But she should definitely be tipped and regarded highly because she was the perfect server. We made sure to leave extra gratuity for the high quality of service she provided, and she was obviously pleasantly surprised and thanked me with gratitude in her eyes and genuine smile. Happy holidays. Her service far exceeded the taste of the food and drink, and to me, the high price was worth it for the rich quality of service she provided. I was very impressed. She didn't ask personal questions or about our shopping, holiday etc. I really appreciated that. She also didn't take up the very little time we got with our adult daughter in small talk with the staff. I would definitely hire her if I had somewhere for her to work. She would be someone who would be perfect to work as a personal assistant or to run a large house full of people far more posh than we are. I wish I remembered her name because I would write a letter for her resume. This woman who served us is the best server of any I've had in my 52 years and we love to eat out. I wish I could have given her even more even though I didn't really care for my food that night, she definitely...
Read moreThe food was good, but service, if I can even call it that...our waitress was clearly not happy to be there. It was mother's day and I was taking a friend out ( they closed at 830, with social distancing it was not very busy. She took another 10 minutes to greet us my friend asked what the sideS were, she pointed to the menu and left! No drink order, NOTHING! The paper menus didn't close so there was no way to signal we were ready. I had time to make a couple elaborate origami animals before her return. We gave her the order AND NEVER SAW HER AGAIN!! The food was brought by another server, and the tablet on the table had the check. I figured maybe mother's day was hard for her so I left her 25%. Then my friend left her keys, I tried to go back.but it was after 830. I had my leftovers in my hand so they could see I'd already been inside but none would acknowledge my presence. Then I knocked and the bartender saw me but he had the nerve to shake his head no. I held up my box to see if he would make the connection that I'd already eaten...nope. so I keep knocking and another person looks at me and the bartender and her exchange some type of conversation and then neither of them will look at me finally the hostess came and got the door and let me in so I could get the key out of our booth it was just ridiculous why would they not check to see what somebody needed if it wasn't something valid of entry they could say no at that time but to make eye contact with me and shake their head no after I'd already had little to no service at my table just goes to show that I really haven't missed much with the restaurants being closed during the pandemic. Honestly I've gotten used to eating at home and I think I'm going to stick to that so I don't have to deal with rude people that...
Read moreWent to celebrate with my sister who is a Bride-to-be had a hard time finding other Red Lobsters in our area because of the snow and there were lots of accidents that blocked the highways however, we stumbled across this one and we're glad we did. We got there 30 minutes before our party and they were very professional as to make us wait for everyone to get there. I respected that the young lady who was the greeter. She was very professional and let us know the rules without being rude. But she was very Stern and respectful this place was fully staffed. We did not have to look for our waitress. She was a good listener. Quick got our orders, we only had to ask for biscuits once and that's because there was quite a few of us and we ate them pretty quickly. I don't have anything bad to say about this place. I would say that in the women's bathroom one of the soap dispensers was broken on the right hand side needs to be replaced. There was soap in it but we couldn't push it out so everybody was waiting in line to use the dispenser on the left side. The bathrooms could smell a little bit fresher but they were clean for the most part The food was high, fresh and delicious The music in the waiting area was very diverse. They played some Brandy to John legend to Ed Sheeran lol. Me and my sister had a little karaoke while waiting. We didn't get any attitude from the staff for singing out loud lol it was pretty busy. Lots of family. Lots of laughter...
