I have been to this location several times and they are consistently friendly and have great customer service. Today was an exceptional visit as I came in to this location after a very long day. My children are fans of Goodcents so we decided on sandwiches for dinner. While at this location, I was so distracted with trying to order my children's sandwiches that I forgot my own. I finally realized it after I was finished with our order and getting my children's drinks. My son asked me if I was going to eat a sandwich because he did not see one in my hand for me at which time I told him I had forgotten to get myself one but it would be okay I will eat something at home. As I turn around there was an employee asking me what I would like on my sandwich. She was making me a sandwich as she over heard my son and I talking about how I had forgotten my sandwich. She insisted that she wanted to make sure I also had something to eat. It was the kindest gesture and it made my whole week. It was an incredible start to my week and I am very grateful. This location is consisently going above in beyond. The location is very clean as well and the manager is of the store is often seen working on the line as well as cleaning. Have been a loyal customer since they opened but things have really gone downhill in recent months. With today’s visit, they were out of 75% of their bags of chips, the toaster was broken which one staff said it’s been for over a month while laughing, there were two soda choices marked out of order, there were only two straws available for our drinks along with trash laying around. They are often out of menu items and the boys working there don’t seem to take their jobs seriously. There were two guys joking around in the back while one guy made the sandwiches, dressed them, packed them and checked me out. We had met the owner when she first opened and were impressed with their product. We used to buy their dinner entrees to go but those haven’t been stocked in quite a while.
