White Castle — Restaurant in Concord

Tonight I was highly disappointed . After a 17hr shift , I stopped in for a quick bite on my way home and was greeted by a woman who was just absolutely rude. I asked a question about a new sandwich that was being promoted & the response she gave was as if I was ruining her whole day and couldn’t wait to get me out of the drive thru. I decided since it was such an inconvenience to her I’d stick to my normal order. As I proceeded to place my order she quickly interrupts with “ okay so you don’t want the “21’s” (in a snobby tone like she hates her life & wanted to die). I respond. No thank you , as we both sit for a few mins in silence .. she then says, again with rudeness heavy in her voice “ is there anything else you want” I politely responded with “ no thank you , I will take my business else where sorry for ruining your night”. As someone’s who is a general manager in a place of business I would NEVER allow my guest to feel as if they were a bother. I don’t care what the situation is, however I’m sadden to say that I nor my family will be back to visit this location again. I am HIGHLY disgusted with the mannerism of the woman who was working...

The overnight (ladies) drive-through staff is horrible. Sat in five thru (the only car left) for over 20 min because the girl put me on hold and forgot I was there.. Then, the next lady that spoke after I kept asking if everyone was ok since no one was coming back, yelled at me and told me to stop screaming and berating them because the first lady forgot me (yes she admitted the first girl forgot me). I've got the camera footage saved (thankful for my car cam), and she yelled that they've got 17 cameras and she she didn't give a fk what my camera says. She told me to either shut the fk up and order or drive off and not come back. I informed her I was leaving, and hopefully, she was able to have someone hug her because she seemed like she needed it. She then told me to fk off, and I drove to a parking spot and called the number that was posted to call for that location... I hope the young ladies working got their issues sorted because no one deserved what they were serving over...

Stopped by to pick up some sliders and visit my dad at Mt. Hope cemetery a few days after the 38th anniversary of his passing. Walked in to the crew m’fn the drive-through customers for minutes, oblivious to my presence. Finally came to register only to interrupt me impatiently with the easiest suggestion for them to make. Finished order; waited. And waited. And waited. Finally they called out “your (now runny) shakes up here” and when I suggested they speak up it was on. Bagged my inside order, called them on it and 3 out of five employees immediately opened up on me with shocking verbal abuse through the whole time I was there up through the refund I demanded after they started mouthing off. They egged the customers on too, and M’fd me as I was leaving. Corporates response was a $10 gift card. I used to visit the place maybe twice a year; my dad frequented that location as an engineer constantly in the field. Went up to see him...
