Kind service, fun decor, made to order pretzel items. All these elements should go together to make an amazing experience but when you make some key mistakes it ruins it all.
For example the brat pretzel took forever to make to order and when it arrived it was still cold/semi solid in the center. The pepperoni pizza pretzel pocket was mostly dough and much smaller than you would expect for the price. The cheese dip was ice cold and had the quality and flavor of extra thick cheese wiz.
