Kind service, fun decor, made to order pretzel items. All these elements should go together to make an amazing experience but when you make some key mistakes it ruins it all.

For example the brat pretzel took forever to make to order and when it arrived it was still cold/semi solid in the center. The pepperoni pizza pretzel pocket was mostly dough and much smaller than you would expect for the price. The cheese dip was ice cold and had the quality and flavor of extra thick cheese wiz.

The softest, lightest, butteriest pretzels I have ever eaten. You can get the pretzels freshly cooked to order in minutes, and she makes homemade dips that are so delicious. She even makes them in little cute bear shapes. If you want some for later you can even take some home frozen and cook them on another day. I was greeted by Dawn and she was so nice and inviting. After being at Grandma’s Playroom and seeing others eating them the smell made me have to try.
