Rising River Brewing - Lakeside — Restaurant in Conneaut Lake

We came on February 17th at 5:30 we heard they have a new chef… well low and behold you could not get a seat… which is good for the owners , buttttt just saying they still have no wait staff to wait on the tables, order at the bar a $25 meal and they yell your name to come and get it like the old BBQ restaurant… They take no reservations or call aheads either… they will do great but even greater if they move to a larger building… Wait till summer if they are this busy in the winter.. Went up the road to our old standby restaurant Venago Inn. Good luck working it...

What a lovely little spot! Have been here quite a few times from summer to now and have been blown away by the service, cocktails, beers, ciders, and food every time. They recently had to revamp their food menu due to an absence and honestly it’s amazing!! Constantly am getting charcuterie boards and this was the best quality I’ve had all year. Carly, Henry, Shaina, and Meg are great and we know we will have the best time when they are behind the bar! Definitely...

Great place if you don't mind standing to wait in line to place your at the bar, pick up your own food at a window. Want another drink? Get in line to go back to the bar and wait in line again. When your done you get to take your own dishes to a counter were you have to seperate garbage and leave your dishes in a plastic tub. Then you you pay with a credit card you are charged an upcharge and are asked to leave a tip. For what?? You do everything but...
