The two ladies in particular that work here consistently do not have great customer service. One is more considerate than the other, but I cannot name names because they donât wear name tags. Most of my experiences at the Subway while ordering food have been met with passive aggressiveness and an eagerness to get you out the door. The food is ok, but not good enough to compensate the terrible service. I havenât even mentioned yet the inconsistent hours. Walked in started to order my food, first red flag is they had it to where you couldn't see the meat they were serving, second and final red flag was when I went to order my vegetables the lettuce was getting brown, could pass but when I went to order the onions they looked like they were in the fridge for a week then served. I had chosen curbside pickup and let them know I was there. Nobody came out to my car so I had to go to drive thru. ALL OF MY SUBS WERE MISSING SPECIFIC THINGS I ASKED FOR! Even though it showed on the receipt the correct order. We ate them (had to put on the atuff they forgot) then I called them. They said they couldn't do anything unless I brought back the sandwiches.
