I've been ordering from this place for 3 months the barbecue pulled pork is phenomenal but the last two times I've ordered from there they have got my order and messed up we say no slaw they put the slaw on tonight we said no slaw they put onions on and said the the menu clearly states that they use other toppings other than slaw which it doesn't it says barbecue pulled pork pickled onion slaw with Carolina barbecue sauce so when I called and explained to them that I could not eat it because they put onions on it I'm allergic when I clearly said no slaw they wanted to argue with me and I said this is the 56th time I've ordered and every time I've ordered it's always when I say no slots always just the barbecue pulled pork the lady wanted to sit there and argue for 20 minutes then going to ask to speak to the supervisor she said I am the supervisor I'm the owner and then going to persist tell me that there's only two Cooks in the kitchen herself and the owner so which one is it I paid almost $9 for that meal and I told her I couldn't eat it she told me to pick off the onions I can't the onions touch the bread in the meat I'm severely allergic to onions so you know I said I'll bring down the food I didn't touch anything I looked in and seen I had the onions on it I shut it immediately I want my money back she followed me ultimately she ended up giving me my money back but I don't know who this woman was she said claim that she was the owner then said that the owner was the other one in the kitchen cooking you know this place wasn't really nice place up until the last two times I ordered she found the phone with me for 20 minutes and argued they will no longer get my business I order their three times a week you know it won't I won't be ordering and either will any of my...

The exterior features sleek corrugated metal siding and large garage-style doors that can open to let in fresh air during warmer months. Inside, it’s clean, bright, and thoughtfully decorated with bicycle-themed touches. Seating includes standard tables, picnic benches, and a cozy lounge area with comfortable chairs. There’s also a nice outdoor patio with shaded picnic tables — perfect for relaxing after a ride or hike.
Service: ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ (4/5) The staff was friendly and helpful — I believe the person taking our order may have been one of the owners. You place your order at the counter, and they bring the food to your table. Service was quick, efficient, and genuinely welcoming.
Food: ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ (4/5) I ordered the Cuban sandwich, which was solid — pressed perfectly with a crisp exterior and a flavorful balance of ham, roasted pork, pickles, and mustard. The tater tots on the side were hot and crispy.
The Buffalo Chicken Soup was the standout of the meal. Creamy, with just the right kick of spice, it came with fresh, naan bread for dipping, which paired perfectly. I would highly recommend this to anyone visiting.
We also enjoyed the grilled chicken salad, which featured quality, well-marinated chicken over fresh greens — simple but very satisfying.
Overall: Kickstand Kitchen is an unexpected gem in a small town — a perfect stop for hikers, bikers, or anyone exploring the Great Allegheny Passage. With tasty food, friendly service, and a fun bicycle theme, it’s well worth a visit whether you’re on two...
Read moreAfter biking for 6 hours, I was very tired and wanted food. So after reading good reviews, my bf and I decided to visit Kickstand Kitchen, which we both really regretted. We ordered 3 sandwiches, a soup and some wonton strips. My bf had also ordered an ice cream sandwich. It was taking a while for our food to come out so I tell him to put his ice cream back in the freezer so it doesn't melt and to grab it once our order is ready.
After nearly 40 minutes of waiting for our food, it is finally ready. I decide to get some snacks to take back to our hotel room and at first the young girl with glasses says my total for the snacks is $10 but after she slides my card, and hands me the receipt, I see she had charged me an extra $5. I ask her why and she says, she saw my bf go into the freezer and grab another ice cream sandwich. I tell her that we had already paid for it and since it was taking our food an eternity to come out, for him to put it back in the freezer. Also, why would you charge me for more money without telling me? If I hadn't looked down at the receipt, I wouldn't have noticed. I say that we'll just grab another ice cream so she doesn't have to give me a refund and then we left.
The problem really was that she insinuated that we were stealing ice cream despite us spending nearly $70 there. If I was going to buy another ice cream, I would have told her but thinking we are stealing is bad. My bf had given them a tip before our order came out and I really wished he hadn't because the customer service was really bad. On top of that, I thought the food was pretty average.
If you are brown, I wouldn't advise eating here at all and to go...
