Clubhouse Pizzeria — Restaurant in Connellsville

This used to be my absolute favorite place in town to eat, the stuffed banana pepper pizza, cheese fries, and honey sriracha and Cajun ranch wings were always my go to, always solid quality and tasty food! With that being said, I haven’t been ordering out as much due to rising costs everywhere and it’s cheaper to full meals at home. I decided to order today as a treat and the staff was super kind and called immediately after placing my web order to let me know they no longer carried an item (that they still had showing available online) and I was ok with that! I asked for a refund and they obliged. When the order came an hour later (which has always been typical timing for them) they brought me a different drink because they were out of the one I ordered, the bacon cheese fries I ordered didn’t have bacon, and the lemon pepper ranch wings I ordered tasted oddly of plastic, which I have yet to determine if it was actually the wings or the lemon pepper that was bad. When I called about the bacon they kindly offered to remake and send back out, but I just asked for a price adjustment so I wasn’t overcharged. I then had to call again when I tried my wings and asked for a refund after them offering to remake and send back out, but I lost my appetite. Everything is too expensive nowadays to pay for food that isn’t up to par. 🙁 I want to love this place still, but the last few times I’ve ordered have either made me sick as a dog after or just weren’t right like today. Two words: Pickle Pizza. It sounds strange and perhaps a bit off-putting but oh man, this creative delicacy is one of the best edible anomalies that I’ve had the pleasure to invite onto my tastebuds.

The pizzeria is in the same building as the polish club so you actually have to walk into the door that says “polish club” and walk down the hallway with the three or four large rugs. You pick up your order and pay on the right hand side where the half door is.

Their buffalo chicken fries are super tasty as well and they left me asking, “why didn’t I think of that?!”

Portion sizes are large so I would say the price is fair for what you get. We shared the fries and “small” pizza among 3 and had some left over for others in the office to try and get addicted to instantly, it’s that good.

Even their ranch sauce is amazing. Very happy...

Never had a problem with ordering or food until today. If a customer asks to edit their order, you’d generally think that they’d just charge the extra to your card. But no. I got told to pick up my delivery order which wasn’t going to happen lol, that’s why I paid the delivery fee. And tip. All this over $3 of toppings that should have been charged to my card from the beginning or at least asked how I would like to pay for the extra but instead I got passive aggression from the facility and that’s enough to make me never order again.
