Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Conover

Until yesterday I would have given this place a much higher rating. Their driver refused to follow contactless delivery procedures, forcing me to come out to get my order. On top of that the driver, who walked right past the makeshift table that I always have used, refused to back away from my door, leaving me no choice but to stand within 1 foot of him. At least he was wearing a mask. He ran away without leaving my entire order. I called the store. I was put on hold for 15 minutes before someone finally answered. It was the same driver that was at my house! I have yet to receive the rest of my order or have the difference credited back to my debit card. This isn't the first time a Conover Dominos messed with people's food. The last time the place shut down. Looks like the same fate for this one soon if they don't start following protocols in the middle of a pandemic. Also this is the last time I tip in advance and hopefully other customers will stop as well. They can thank Stephen who knows better...

I order from here quite often or I used to! However I normally order online and I really question if they read the whole order once it comes through on their end. The past 3 or 4 orders my dipping sauces(that are expensive btw & they have charged me for) were not given w/order when delivered. So the last time I ordered I told the night shift manager on duty and I had ordered 2 extra dipping cups, well my order only had 1 each of the sauces and my two extra weren’t with it. Now seeing as how I’ve paid several times and not received my sauces, I’d have thought for sure it would’ve been right at least, but nope. And they could’ve not charged me the last time seeing as how I didn’t receive them on the previous orders. My order was in the oven at 10:42, 10:46 I called the store was on hold for about 2 and a half minutes. Lady answered and I told her that the delivery order for Deandrea C was to make the wings well done. Option not available on the app. She said sure . So when the pleasant driver arrives at 11 my wings were not well done just regular baked and when I was basically on the phone my order was leaving the store cause I line 10 minutes away. Very disappointed this location store customer service has not been the best for me so I ordered online because Papa John’s was not open yet.
