Way off the strip, we met up with a friend that lives into town. Decent sized cafe with friendly and prompt staff. We had a large party (11), however we're not able to sit together if we wanted to sit promptly. So we really ended up as a party of 3/3/5. The staff was quick to come by and take our order for drinks and food. Turn around was definitely reasonable. We normally share with friends, so we can try a lot of food. The waiter was kind enough to provide an extra plate so we could pass food to our friends at other tables... This is how I get to tell you all how lots of food is with one visit! Onto the food: Kalbi Ribs and Eggs, with garlic fried rice. I would actually recommend a pass on this one. It was a very mild marinade, and the slices of kalbi were very thin so didn't feel so hearty. Shortstack of White Chocolate Chip, Macadamia Nut Buttermilk pancakes - covered with mac nut and white chocolates. These were good, the white chocolate chips on top started melting so it turned into a white chocolate spread. It made it kind of pasty, if that is the right word to call it, but they were good. *We also ordered a side of Portuguese sausage which were nicely sliced and pan fried. Perfect. Other things not pictured that we tried: Red Velvet Cupcakes, topped with whip cream and served with a side of condensed milkish sauce - These were AMAZING and would definitely recommend these! Cookie Butter French Toast - FANTASTIC, would recommend these as well. The Adobo Fried Rice Omelete - Shredded adobo fried with rice, stuffed into an omelete. This was ok, i would say give it a try if thats what you are craving. Overall it was a good experience, friendly staff, reasonably priced - and many choices!

Coming from New York, I was actually impressed and blown away by this place. I’m Filipino so to see a place that has American dishes with a Filipino dish, it was just a wonderful experience. Service could’ve been a little better but I guess it was just super busy since it was brunch. Either way, the food made up for that. Even though I’m Filipino I’m very picky with Ube flavored things. I’ve had many ube sweets but these pancakes were top for me. The flavor was rich enough that you can distinctly taste the ube but it wasn’t overwhelming and it definitely was not make-you-diabetic sweet. It was just perfect and creamy too. A lot of places that infuse ube always make it too sweet or too thick that you feel like you’re choking. The sisig plate is a must try. The pork was perfectly crisp but soft on the inside. It was also super flavored alone but they make it with bell peppers onions. The veggies kind of tasted like NY home fries which is great cause it had that kick and extra flavor. Perfect combo, idk why no one has ever thought of cooking sisig like this. The garlic rice was also different. Most places that make garlic rice always end up over cooking and the rice is usually too hard but this rice tastes like it was already made with the garlic. All in all, best local meal I’ve had in LV.

We came on a Sunday morning and the restaurant was busy; I believe we waited 45 minutes. I . was looking at the menu and there were a lot of tempting breakfast items to choose from. The pancakes that caught my attention were, carrot, bacon, hazelnut, cinnamon, banana cream pie, orange creamsicle, rocky road, white chocolate chip macadamia nut, and cookies & cream. We ordered Rick's Adobo Fried Rice (comes with one side), Portuguese Sausage & Eggs, and Cora's Corned Beef Hash and Eggs. Then we got pancakes, Banana Foster, Cinnabun, and Red Velvet. ~Food~ I was curious about Rick's Adobo (traditional Filipino dish) Fried Rice. The way they served the adobo was creative. It was wrapped in an omelet, inside was shredded chicken, rice, and garnished with green onions. I like the concept but the flavor tasted different. Also, there was more rice than chicken. The Portuguese sausage and corned beef hash were good, they both came with poached eggs. ~Customer Service~ Friendly and helpful. ~Tip~ All parties must be present to be seated. ~Notes~ -Arrive early, it gets busy so anticipate to wait especially on the weekends -Parking lot -Inside seating

Love this place! Almost didn't come here if it wasn't for our cousin's advice. Of course I love to support local and so coming here was a no brainer.

Upon coming here we did take notice that they are known for their pancakes and their adobo fried rice. We order those in addition to the S'mores pancakes and their breakfast 2 egg special.

The 2 egg special wasn't too special I thought. The potatoes as well as the toast look and tasted like something you can get anywhere.

The adobo fried rice in the egg wrap lacked a bit of salt but was quite good with a touch of hot sauce. Oh yeah, you know this place is Asian owned because they give you some choices of hot sauce in advance before you get your food. It's tasty but I did wish the fried rice wasn't nearly as soggy.

The S'mores pancakes are just regular pancakes with marshmallows, choco chips, and regular syrup. It was good but not excellent good.

We also got the Kalua Pork benedict. The Kalua pork was juicy, smokey, and so good! I did wish the eggs were hotter and more runnier. I am picky about my benedicts but together, they were still really good.

But the best thing we got undoubtedly was the red velvet pancakes. Slightly crisp on the outside with a dollop of cream and the cream cheese syrup on top. The syrup DOES make the pancakes come alive!

By the bathroom, it shows how the owner wanted to make cupcake flavors into pancakes. I have to say, she did a wonderful job transforming it. Babystacks are regarded as one of 50 US must try pancake locations. I totally would agree with this statement. They have locations in San Diego and Las Vegas.

I thought the service was great overall. I did wish the hostess was friendlier and more outgoing. She seemed like she had a bad day and it was only morning.

So great breakfast choice when you don't wan to eat in a casino when coming here to Vegas as a tourist. Just make sure you come early because there will be...

What was my experience when I visited baby stacks ? I would have to say the service was a little slow . Not sure if the service was slow do to such a big party , or just busy . N9t sure but they were slow . I was with a good friend meeting his family. I met his mom , aunt & uncle , his brother , wife and two sons so the wait for our orders wasn't an issue . They seated us with two menus for a party of ten. Then took a awhile to ask for our drinks. After bringing drinks it was a long while to take our order . We order . Seemed like the food should of been almost done or at least started , the waitress comes and tells the uncle who ordered steak they were out . Wich wasn't a problem his uncle eats steak daily . He just ordered ham . Little shy of two hours our food comes , forgetting his aunts pancakes til she reminded them about them. The food was good. I just had a basic breakfast eggs , toast , hash browns with bacon. Hash browns could of been a little more crisper (I think that about everywhere bodies hash browns ) Don't think our drinks were refilled or even asked if we wanted a refill till towards the. But the persons that were drinking coca cola they were asked and refilled . I would definitely refer friends and family to visit the baby stacks restaurant for breakfast as long as they didnt mind the wait .Nobody was bothered by it from the party I was with . Babyy stacks is the perfect place for breakfast when famiily is...
