Bleachers Sports Bar Grill & Pizzeria — Restaurant in Chino

I am a local and I live right down the street which is why I’m here quite often. I must say most of the bartenders I have encountered are absolutely amazing, but the one I have seen in numerous predicaments and is a great bartender and more than likely against odds (because he is a male not a female- since most patrons seem to be male) is Jason.I was just in here watching the NFL playoff games. There was an extremely rude customer complaining to Jason that his food wasn’t the way he wanted it. Jason was extremely busy and the only person behind the bar and he handled the situation extremely well (espessially considering you are at a bar and people are drinking an acting obnoxious most of the time anyway). I can guarantee had he not defused the situation the way he did, it would’ve escalated and became a huge thing for the manager. He along with some of the other girl bartenders are the reason why I keep coming back- because of the customer service. If there was not customer service like this, you can guarantee you would never have my business back. This place rocks. They know how to properly mix a drink. Cold beer on tap. Lots of microbrews. Lots of friendly locals to strike up a conversation with. Food is shockingly good. Fish tacos were amazing. Their pizza has the it factor. And by it I mean cheese. They don't skimp. Toppings were all fresh. Decor is an upgrade from a total dive bar, but still a bit like a dive bar. Not that this is bad. It works. Lots of seating. Lots of TVs. They also have outside seating. There are at least two pool tables. If you bring kids also bring something for them to play with as I didn't see games for them to play. Perfect place to get a beer whether or not you have a group or are going solo. Full bar. The fifth star would require a branded look and/or kids activities. But not catering to families makes it quite cozy for those who want...

They have done some remodeling to the place. It is now family friendly. In my opinion I like it. They still have more to complete especially in the Restrooms. I was there to watch the Dodger game and let me tell you it was very busy. The waitresses looked very stress out. It was a challenge just to try to get their attention just to order. Mine In particular would walk away before you could finish ordering. Both waitress seemed to not have much experience. I also watched how they kept taking the wrong pizzas to the customers. I was very disappointed coming here this time around. I been here many times before. I would not recommend going here If there is a big game or fight on tv.
