Burger King — Restaurant in Greenacres

There was no one int her restaurant when I walked in, no one at the front counter , no body eating and there were 2 cars in drive thru I had an interview today at 2pm two crew member seen me looking at me in my face and didn't say or acknowledge me until I kept staring so finally this girl asked me did I order? I said no I have an interview with the manager she didn't know what interview I was talking about . Another manager came from the back and said I cancelled all my interviews I had so maybe it was the other manager who is outside. After 10 minutes the girl came back with a note pad and paper and ask me to write my number down and ask if I had experience working ina restaurant I said yes she said where ? I said burger king and she handed note pad to me but I said no thank you. Totally unprofessional how you have an interview and never come out to speak or acknowledge the applicant. No thank you wouldn't even order food from here ... Maybe God spared me a BAD...

Ok listen, I was in a hurry and thought I could go through the line and get some thing fast (fast Food) took me 15 min for 3 cars in front of me, order #1 w/ coke zero. Got to the window, got my food drove off, stuck my had in the bag felt something cold, I realized it was the French Fries(not heat at all). Could not find my straw, check my drink, they gave me something blue, I ordered coke zero because I a diabetic, checked the burger it was also cold. I really do not require much, I am simple but this is unsatisfactory, you have to do better with service. I really only wanted to eat just a piece of the burger, and drink some of the coke zero because it has no sugar and give the fries to someone else. How is this food supposed to carry me through the night....

Last night, on January 8th, I placed a mobile order at Burger King around 6:15 PM, and I have to say, it was one of the best experiences I’ve had in a long time. The food was incredibly fresh, and you could tell it was prepared with care. I can’t remember the last time I ate an entire meal.

What made the experience even better was the outstanding customer service. The team was friendly, attentive, and genuinely made me feel valued as a customer. It’s rare to have both great food and exceptional service, but this team delivered on both fronts.

I want to recognize and thank the staff working during that shift for their hard work and positive attitude. It’s experiences like this that make me want to return and support this location. Keep up...
