I went here with a group of participants I was training today 9/17/24, and I have never ever been so insulted in my life at a store I paid for my food in cash $10 to be exact food was $8.23 a turkey club sandwich I received $1.77 back I went to pick my order up the food counter the store manager craige told me I didn't pay for my I walked back to the cashier who didn't give me a receipt at first and told her my issue she printed it out for my walked back to food counter the manager started arguing with me that I didn't pay for my food I told him please let's go to the cashier we did she said yes she pain me $8.23 from 10 dollars she just kept on arguing that I didn't pay him and I need to take the food and leave the store and he will pay for my food out of his own pocket and I was humiliated because it was lunch time and the store has alot of other customers this again is the worst experience I ever had at a store and this man's boss need to look into him because he is disrespectful to customers and even when his employees tell him he is wrong he speaks down to them telling them they are wrong, going to wawa was a big part of my training classes we will not be doing this anymore I definitely won't step food inside of one anymore, I called customers service to complain I was told they must back him up without even investing this issue further, it cost nothing to offer great customers service or to investigate issues before assuming it would taken 5 minutes to look at your camera to see I paid for my food before accusing me. I should hire an attorney for defamation of character.

We love WaWa, but We have now tried three times. Our food comes out without the items requested and paid for, heavily microwave to the point of it being inedible and items just completely missing.
I'm writing this review after our third attempt at ordering food over the last week. We have tried every crew shift with the same results.
Hopefully they improve but at this point I would stay away from ordering anything that requires them preparing food for you.
Todays breakfast for example consisted of a hoagie roll that it took two of us to actually tear apart, but of course we were able to eat the filling but not the role it was on.
