3/30/24 Steakhouse Filet Salad* perfectly cooked delicious -medium rare! Perfect!! Haven’t ordered this salad in awhile.. now my new favorite for the warmer season! It’s a huge portion! A lot of steak! Perfectly cooked medium rare ! Blue cheese crumbles, cherry tomatoes, croutons and so much more! I ate till I was full and still took more than half home! I always feel like family! A warm welcome from all the staff! From the minute you walk in… Nevin is amazing!! Always attentive, hospitable and providing the best service possible! He even remembers when I get creative and change my drink order!! Of course, Naomi is the best Ambassador Texas Roadhouse has! Always smiling, welcoming and professional!!You can always tell when you’re around management and staff that love their jobs and are genuinely happy to be there! The atmosphere is upbeat and fun! I’ve always had the most delicious food, best service and positive experience! Truly if you want a top quality, delicious steak with 2 sides for an affordable price -I highly recommend Texas Roadhouse! 3/9/24 Consistently 5 Star in every category!! A loyal customer for over 25 years in 4 different States! The best part is it wasn’t too cold in the bar area today. That is my only complaint… Yes! Legendary Service is always welcoming and attentive! Love the Texas vibe!!! The music and just the right amount of TV’s. First of all Nevin makes the best Cocktails!!Especially the Coconut Margaritas! Try it I know you’ll love it! Today I decided to try something different.. the Rattlesnake Bites! Soooo yummy and filling definitely a great appetizer to order for the table.. cheesy with a bit of a kick!! The spicy dipping sauce is delicious! I also ordered one of my favorites.. the grilled shrimp appetizer! Really! Yummy clarified butter and grilled shrimp! What’s not to love! (My usual favorites include the 16 oz ribeye steak Pittsburgh style and their prime rib). Today in South Florida it was 86 degrees-too hot for steak for lunch for me… It was a great delicious little lunch outing on my afternoon off….recommend!12/19/23-Love my Texas Roadhouse in West Palm Beach! Nevin and Naomi are the best ambassadors for Texas Roadhouse! Exemplary service always! They make you feel like family! Welcoming you by name and remembering your order from drinks to dinner! I hope management appreciates them! They definitely have a fan base of regular customers of which I am one of them! All the staff are friendly, attentive and welcoming! As a widow dining alone, I feel comfortable and safe dining at the bar or dining room. As far as steaks go, they are comparable to any high end Palm Beach Steak Houses! I highly recommend! I am so lucky to have this Texas Roadhouse near my home and work! Thank you Nevin and Naomi. 2021 review: Absolutely great service and delicious food! Haven't been here. I had a great bartender a young lady and as a widow eating alone I felt very comfortable and welcomed! Delicious! I eventually ordered the 12 oz ribeye Pittsburgh Style medium Let me say I've eaten in Texas Roadhouses from Texas to all over Florida and they must have one Executive Chef overseeing all restaurants because I've never had a bad ribeye in any of their locations! I am a Pittsburgh Style ribeye snob! So was my husband.. truly a very consistent Franchise!

It’s a pretty big-sized restaurant located in a big plaza, so parking will never be a problem. They are only open for dinner (at 4 p.m.) during the week, while on Fridays and during the weekend they also serve lunch. We stopped here for lunch last Saturday, as soon as they opened at 11 a.m. You enter the restaurant through a small foyer; on your left, you’ll see a small store, and a display of meats (by the kitchen entrance); on your right is the host, who will accompany you to the table bringing you a basket of rolls and butter, plus a bag of peanuts. The place got crowded very quickly. The staff is friendly, and sometimes they all perform a line dance (which was fun to watch). We both started with a cocktail, then continued our lunch with a Pinot Noir and a Merlot: no complaints here. The small rolls that come with the butter and the peanuts are just okay: the bread is soft and the butter has a cinnamon flavor (to be fair though: I am not crazy for soft bread or flavored butter in general). We ordered a filet mignon with Caesar salad + mashed loaded potatoes and a ribeye with green beans + fries. We both requested our meats medium-rare, but while the filet mignon was cooked to perfection (and was very good), the ribeye was rare. I love rare meat, but this steak was very fatty and “nervous”, and the “nerves” made it very difficult to eat. The Caesar salad was probably the best I had; the loaded mashed potato was good; the fries came out a little bit too dark in my opinion; I didn’t like the taste of the green beans (cooked in some kind of broth) at all. Although at the end of the meal, I wasn’t hungry (they serve decent portions), I still “had to” order a dessert. They don’t have a wide selection, and I had a cheesecake, which was just ok. Not sure if they are simply short-staffed, or if it’s their procedure, but I noticed that empty plates and glasses are not taken away as soon as possible. I normally try to avoid chains, but this restaurant was above my expectations. Prices are overall decent, and they also offer an Early Dine Menu with special prices on some of their dishes. Not sure if they have HH… but we will certainly come back again to check it out!

First time at this chain and the place was much larger than expected. It is nicely decorated, has a good feel and as soon as you get inside the hostess takes you to your table while bring a basket of warm bread. Service was attentive, nice, and very smooth. Now onto the food, actually first we had an Old Fashioned (pretty good) and a Gin Flower (a bit too sweet). The server also bring a bag of peanuts, nice touch. Anyway, we ordered a filet mignon and a ribeye with green peas and Caesar salad as sides. The result was a bit on and off for the food. The bread. Good idea, but it’s the typical super soft and super sweet bread given in local steakhouses, so we didn’t care much about it, even less about the cinnamon butter. Filet mignon, ordered medium-rare. Very good, tender as expected, tasty and cooked just right. Best thing of the meal. Ribeye, ordered medium-rare. This was a big disappointment: besides being raw more than medium rare, it was probably the fattest and full of tough tissues ribeye I ever had. It was pretty much all fat and nerves and combined with the fact that it was pretty much rare, purple inside, it was inedible. We tried but it was as chewy as it gets, it was tough to swallow the bite, so not good. Maybe we got unlucky with the piece of meat, I don’t know. Caesar salad. Good portion, good dressing so all was good. Green beans. Not good. They came with bacon and maybe the idea would have been great if they had toasted the bacon and then added the peas to finish. Instead, the thing was like in a broth, and it wasn’t a good broth because all you could taste was the flavor of bacon. You might think: I love the taste of bacon! Me too, but not a broth that tastes only like bacon; even the green peas tasted “bacony” and super greasy. So, we will go back, again, nice place, with good service, food is hit and miss at least in this first experience, but overall it’s a good addition especially in western PBC considering the lack of decent steakhouses in the area. Oh, the merlot wine is pretty good, dry, and a good pairing with the meat; the Pinot Noir a bit too fruity for my taste but okay. Generous pour, at reasonable prices.

I try not to leave negative reviews but when the experience could help the establishment or others, and I have the time, I will.

My team and I had just finished a long work week, there were 4 of us, and I wanted to reward them with a nice steak late lunch. Texas Roadhouse for sure…

We arrived and everyone was nice and we were seated quickly and the place is very very charming, all good.

Our waiter came to greet us, giving his shpiel and upselling everything but still a good time, we ordered drinks, not the expensive mock tails that he mentioned more than once, just sodas or beer. Then he disappeared.

When another person finally came up to the table we asked her to hail our waiter and she said she would be happy to take the order which we did. He came up at the end of ordering, said that he had been attending a big table and all was just fine. Then they never came back. So the food delivery guy runs by and drops off the salad, didn’t even break stride literally reached out and held it for me to grab while he kept walking. A refill on my soda that was mostly filled with ice? Sorry no.

Then the line dance. Cute, all the employees stop and do a dance, okay neat gimic adds to the experience but I did make the joke to my guys that I hope my food isn’t sitting under a heat lamp!

Well I was right. Let me tell you I don’t eat steak much, it is a treat, a guilty pleasure to enjoy on occasions. For the health aspect and of course the cost. So I was so happy when the food delivery girl showed up with our steak.

They were dry!!! I ordered the ribeye and steak fries. What does it tell you when the steak is literally dry and the steak fries right next to it were soggy and limp? Why didn’t I say anything? To who?! So I cut into it and sure enough the inside is pink so it’s literally medium, but it is dry as all get out, what the heck?!

Towards the end our waiter shows up with the good ole “how is everything?”, literally a half hour since we’ve seen him but by that point what are you going to say?

Legendary service? Legendary food? In this case I will give a resounding yes, but not in the way you are marketing it.

I hope this gets to the right eyes and this gets fixed, I...

Not sure if they have HH… but we will certainly come back again to...
