ORA Ultra Cabaret — Restaurant in Greenacres

We were there a few nights ago and this place has gone downhill. They change staff often. Poor treatment towards their staff and dancers. Stephanie was our host every time we came in. She was amazing and super sweet always made sure we were taken care of from the moment we parked until we left so upsetting when we found out she was no longer there she worked that floor like a real host. My husband and I had a dancer cry to us because they told her she needed to loose weight if she wanted to come back. She did not look big at all!! We were also told they are very racist when it comes to crowd control. The food was cold and not appetizing after we waited over an hour for our meals. One of their managers Scott was extremely rude to us and our waitress was not very kind either she was very impatient while I was trying to figure out what to drink also My husband was given an attitude from their cage girl I guess because he interrupted her phone time. This place is a joke! We miss the beginning days when we would come in and have drinks and everyone was so kind and fun and excited to be there. This place has lost its magic. New staff it’s so unprofessional and a bunch of kids running it just doesn’t do it for us anymore. We will be heading back to our old stomping...

I will never ever go back ! Girls there think you are a trophy or something ! They choose you they do not let u choose the girl you want to share your time with ! They let you feel comfortable and sleep you ! I went with a lot of cash ! And when I say they stole it from me I’m not kidding ! I went with 2 k cash ! I paid my bill but after that somebody somehow ! Took my wallet and stole all the money I had cash ! I don’t care who or how it was ! It was the worst experience I have ever had in a night club ! I was having a blast ! Until I check my wallet and the money wasn’t there ! Trust me when I said that I went with hundreds of dollars ! Bills and I had a little over 1 k in hundreds and they disappear ! Of my wallet ! I’m never ever ever going back. Thank you for the experience cause I disgust it ! I will never ever go back to that place ! Worst experience ever ! I do not recommend this...

My recent visit to Ora Ultra Cabernet was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at any club. From the moment I walked in, I was introduced to the General Manager, Eddie. When I extended my hand to greet him, he looked at me as if I were crazy and said, "I don’t know you." His attitude was shockingly rude and completely unprofessional. As someone who’s never been treated with such disrespect in any setting, this encounter made me turn right around and leave the club immediately. I’ve been to many venues in my life, but for a GM to treat a guest this way, especially without even knowing them, is completely unacceptable. If you ever go to Ora Ultra Cabernet, watch out for Eddie. He’s unprofessional, condescending, and clearly thinks he’s on top of the world.
