Normally i get crabs from here and i'm pleased.However, today and the last time before not so much. I placed my order for large females via phone.Upon arrival I was charged and then given a bag full of crabs and the lady quickly walked away. When i looked at them, they were far from large females. Instead, they were clearly the regulars and a whole bunch of seasoning was thrown on top.I thought it was odd to hand me the crabs the way she did and practically speed walk away and i'm glad i checked. Upon asking about the size, a man came from the back with a measurer to try to prove that these were large. Unfortunately I go there every week and know the difference between the large i bought last week versus this week. He even went to the back and rambled for about 7 minutes to find a crab that was regular when i asked to see one that was regular to compare to the so-called large they gave me. By far these were the regulars. Sometimes it's better to just admit your mistake. After asking for a refund, my card was swiped and i had to ask for a receipt of the refund. Yet the money does not show on my account, i will give it a few days to report whether i actually received the refund and follow up in addition. As I was leaving two women had opened up the back of the trunks of their car and were sitting in chairs and were eating crabs out of the trunk, laughing, saying they were glad the person that ordered the last dozen females didn't show up. ADVICE: Next time just say we didn't think you were coming and we sold your crabs. Now i feel like you're dishonest and i'm not sure if i want to come back. I'll...

Read moreI’ve been coming here for years, literally almost every weekend. Today, I call and they say they’re closing early because it’s been slow. Understandable. As I’m speaking with the guy, they are receiving another call. I tell him I’ll call back in 2 mins to order, so they can take that call. He says ok, but to call before 5:30. It’s literally 5:25. I call back at 5:27 and get a young lady. She says they’re no longer taking orders. I tell her I just spoke with the guy on the phone in the background (b/c I can hear him still talking) and he told me to call back by 5:30. She hesitates and says they’re not taking any more orders. I’m like, it’s not 5:30 though. She asks to place me on hold, comes back at 5:30 and says sorry, we’re closed....
