My Father left me a rope chain given to him by my mother when they were teenagers. It has broken a few years back and was missing roughly 4 inches. I was given this piece with the understanding that I would get it fixed and keep it as an heirloom.

This was an important piece of jewelry for not only myself but my entire family so I was anxious about getting it done. I called a few places and got some information before a family member suggested JRC.

I spoke with Randy who was phenomenal. She walked me through a variety of different options and took the piece in for the technician to look over and provide quotes.

Randy kept in touch with me via text throughout the entire process. They had the exact same size/material chain custom made to fix my chain and attached it to the broken end of my fathers chain.

Here’s the thing- I had other companies tell me that there will be a “rough spot” and that I will see a solder mark. However, those same companies told me they have a “laser solder” for precision so it should be hardly noticeable.

JRC does not have a laser solder but what they do have is AMAZING technicians that take the time and effort to do the job right. Rather then just drop some solder on the chain; they hand wove each link back together. I learned the way other companies suggested to have it done is much easier but does not yield better results.

Randy was patient with me as I explored every option and was supportive of any decision I wanted to make. Ultimately, when I received the chain I was above the moon. You can not notice the repair at all unless you are looking for it! If you know anything about rope chains; you know how difficult of a repair this is. 10/10 I will be...

I'm always so impressed when I come to JRC. The staff is always very helpful and knowledgeable and super nice. I appreciate their honesty, too. In the past, when I asked about getting an inscription inside the band of a replacement ring, the sales associate explained that it probably wouldn't turn out looking like it did on the original ring because the metals were different. That saved me a good bit of money and a lot of frustration. Today, a gentleman was shopping to have a stone added to a ring, but the jeweler advised that, because of some damage to the prongs (which he could try to fix), the integrity of the ring was in question and the new stone could be lost. Clearly customer satisfaction is crucial to the folks at JRC. The array of jewelry for sale is impressive - nicely displayed and fun to browse. I love that the sales staff is helpful but never pushy. They also carry a lot of other items, too, including artwork by local folks, some merchandise from Route One Apparel, and a nice selection of greeting cards and notes. My Mom was Devastated and Hurt , She had a Bracelet that my Dad Gifted to her when they First Met and dived into their Love for one another , over those long years of Love , My Mom was recently wearing Her Bracelet and it broke out of nowhere and my mom was shocked , the bracelet broke this year of 2024 2/1 weeks ago , My mom didn’t think the bracelet could be Fixed so I did what I always Do, 😂 I swiped the Bracelet and Brought it to a Place i stumbled upon called JRC to be Repaired and Thanks to ( Crystal 😆 ) an Angel sent from Heaven helped Me out and made the lost Faith be Brought back to Life and I couldn’t be any more Grateful and Happy then what I already am , also Today is My Moms Birthday which Made it 100x Better I Had to tell her I took it to get it fixed , but it was totally worth it to see that BRIGHT SMILE 😁 on My Moms Face , So Huge SHOUTOUT to the Life saver of this Jewelry Piece CRYSTAL , I am Honored that I had the pleasure of working with you to get the bracelet fixed and also Gift wrapping it for my Moms Birthday 🥳 , So Thank You
