Dunkin' — Restaurant in Contiguous United States

This location frustrates me. They don't listen to the order. I've been here at least a dozen times. I can honestly say I think they got it right 2 or 3 times. Tonight large hot coffee, 5 cream, 3 sugar, she asked me to repeat it, I did. Coffee comes out 5 and 5. Ugh, I have them remake it. It's horrible, I think its 2 cream and I sugar. I just poured it out in the parking lot. I also order a maple bacon breakfast sandwich, had to say that twice, then everything 2 mini bagels. I even questioned it saying it should be more money for the order. She says, "oh its like a combo thing you get a discount". Fine, get out to my truck, it's 4 plain COLD Mini bagels, and some kind of bacon, egg, cheese in a piece of wrap. Seriously, 3 things ordered and got all three wrong. I should have checked the order before I left the counter but I just wanted to get out to my truck and park. My give em' another chances are all gone. I will say that the mornings are better. Evenings are terrible. There was a lady a head of me who was there waiting when I got there. After I was waiting for a bit I said to her, you must have a big order? She replied nope just a bagel and omelet bites. Shame the truck...

Seriously the worst Dunkin ever. I was so excited they were opening this only to be very disappointed. There is always a problem and omg the wait time is ridiculous. First day I went thru messed up my coffee then replaced it only to mess it up again I mean I said liquid sugar who puts regular sugar in iced coffee. Next trip was a 26 min wait in the drive thru. Then they were out of bagels. Then they weren't serving food. No eggs Then they give me a totally different order. I decide to go inside thinking it was the drive thru being over whelmed or under trained. Nope. Place my order wait 12 min then the lady tosses a bag on counter and yells out sausage something and walks away so the customers are all looking at each other like whose is this. And fyi i still haven't got my coffee. So today I go and sit in the drive thru ready for the wait only to be told they are not serving food AGAIN because someone walked out. So I'll repeat the worst...

I attempted to use my app for a free drink with purchase. My purchase total included the price of the free drink. I asked the young lady why the price was so high after she scanned my app. Instead of explaining to me that her register doesn’t calculate the discount until she selects a particular button; she rolled her eyes at me as if I was bothering her with my question. She walked away from me and mumbled something under her breath. It was very rude and unprofessional. I felt completely unwelcome at this location. I opened my assortment of muchkins to find no chocolate flavored muchkins (my favorite ones) I asked if a mistake had been made. I was informed AFTER my purchase that they were out. I would’ve gone to a different location to get what I actually ordered. At that point, the staff was so incredibly rude that I just wanted to get out of there as quickly...
