WOW!!! If I could give 100 stars I would. I/we have dined at Firefly many times, at the Warm Springs location and the old Paradise location. This particular visit was hands down one of the best dining experiences in all of Vegas I have had in the 24 years of living here. I would like to start off with the hostess Mia. She greeted us immediately upon entering the restaurant @5pm, it was busy and what appeared to be only see 3 tables available, all of which were set up for parties of 4 -6. As a party of two, she told us they were pretty full at the moment, asked to give her a sec, in which she went and spoke to a gentleman (who I later found out was a manager, Paul) they both returned...Paul welcomed us in and Mia escorted us to our table. She a informed us it was happy hour and where it was located on the menu,, as well as pointed out the feature menu for restaurant week. We were quickly presented with a bread & butter type plate and about a minute later Alejandro arrived greeting us with a friendly hello, pointed out the happy hour menu and offered us a drink to get started. We ordered a couple vodka & tonics and were given a few minutes to look over the menu. Alejandro returned promptly with our drinks and proceeded to take our order. The dates came out first, delicious as always. I do not like dates in general but these are little bites of heaven and I order them everytime. We also ordered the Mac & Cheese, Stuffed Peppers Steak & Mushroom Skewers, Chicken Skewers and Steak y Papas...all which came out in a timely manner and piping hot. We did not leave a single bite of anything...it was all amazing! Throughout our meal, the server assistants quickly cleared our dirty plates and refilled water. Out vodka & tonics came out tasting a bit funny, Alejandro took them back and returned with two new ones that were great. Also throughout our meal the I noticed Paul delivering food to tables, helping Mia at the front, clearing plates and we even had the pleasure of chatting twice. The second time he stopped by to offer dessert (Alejandro was visibly a busy) in which we ordered the one and only delicious Chocolate Tres Leche Cake. I also inquired about the Carajllo drink and my boyfriend was offered the Pride & Love. We weren't to sure about either drink at first, as each one is a bit unique in the cocktail category, but went ahead and gave them both a shot. Both cocktails are pictured and let me tell you, they are really, really, really good! We received I bill and to our surprise, Paul took care of our two cocktails that we had been hesitant to order at first. What a nice gesture, thank you Paul! Also a big thank you to Alejandro, Mia and the rest of the Tuesday June 15th Firefly staff for an awesome...

Let me start by saying I am not deterring others from visiting and enjoying a delicious meal at Firefly Tapas, this is simply my opinion based on my experiences and how they have shaped my brain...keep that in mind, we are not all the same.
The food was delicious and the service was amazing, I just felt like the price was a bit high for the amount of food you are getting. I am familiar with the tapas concept, small dishes which explains the portion, consumed with a nice alcoholic beverage etc. If we had as a group each ordered a dish and shared the variety, it might of been a better experience, but the dish I ordered didn't feel shareable (Firefly Benedict). We cut it up and shared it anyways, had some amazing shrimp dish another member ordered and also had some chilaquiles which were good. We also had a few kids in the party and they had pancakes and waffles etc, one of the kids was complaining his pancakes were no good and that his mouth burned, after trying them We realized the kid was right and the pancakes were really spicy somehow, weird cause they were chocolate pancakes.
Overall for the price paid it felt a bit too high for the overall food consumed. Maybe it just isn't for me, I've spent well over 30 per person before, even 100 per person and felt like it was worth it. Definitely not the case here.
Great staff, great service, food was meh for the price. Also, I really dislike when gratuity is applied automatically, never been a fan of this tactic and it causes me to not tip graciously like I usually do. Basically if you're in the...
ย ย ย Read moreWent to Firefly with one of my dearest friends this past week. They have two locations, we visited the one on Buffalo Dr. This restaurant has Spanish inspired cuisine and is a colorful and hip bistro
Their menu boasts small bites plates which are delicious Spanish-style tapas. They offer a plethora of small, inexpensive appetizers perfect for lunch or a light dinner. We shared the Apple and Manchego salad, which was one of my favorite dishes with crispy apples and firm manchego cheese topped with smoked crushed almonds. We also tried the tomato bread and the shrimp ceviche both really good as well. Our cocktail of choice was their Fly margaritas and it didnโt disappoint. The service was on point, our server was friendly, and knowledgeable of their menu and took our pictures willingly. Overall a really cool chill vibe, loved the chic decor, food and service. Definitely recommend.
