Nevermind the 15 minute waits at the speaker, and the intentionally cocky attitude of the young asian teen, which I'm assuming is related to the owner, there are bigger problems to address.

Over the course of 2 weeks we've been ordering the same style of $6.99 meal deal from both Warmsprings and Rainbow. 100% of the time, this location is purposely withholding standardized portions, coming in nearly 1/2 the weight as the other local branches. I'm assuming this young man specifically has been instructed to fast-talk folks with pleasantries just long enough to confuse you.

If the bag feels light, send it back! And don't fall for the abundance of veggies vs main meat, routine.

If you're really lucky, the new girl who started last week will be condescending by repeating your order back to you in the order she prefers to say it in, just to be rude. Then she, and the dark skinned gentleman will say horrible things about you that you can hear because they left the microphone on.

In summary, these young children need to be retrained. They think they are slick, but are just kiddos.

I attempted to place an order for delivery for 5 people (order would've been for about $60) and could not get my payment processed through the website in spite of trying 3 different cards (it was NOT an issue with my card/bank etc.) and then, couldn't even get back on the website (home computer/no internet issues). I decided to just drive to this location, which I selected because it had a DRIVE THRU. When I arrived at the window, there were no cars in line behind me and I wanted to give the guy a heads up that I had several different items to order. He asked me if I wanted to come in to place my order and I told him I'd rather not. He basically tried to insist saying that it would be "easier" - for WHO? Him? And he was pretty rude about it. I said, "Nevermind, just forget it!" and drove off. I won't go there again! Then I tried to submit a complaint on the main website and there was no way to do so - only their autobot chat was available.

This location is a little off the beaten path. Definitely overlooked for sure. Which means you are able to get your food and be on your marry way very quickly. There is also a drive threw here. Giving you the opportunity to stay in your car while you get your delicious food. I had the pleasure of getting dinner tonight here and everyone was super friendly. Took advantage of the $5 dollar footlong. It's so nice to be able to feed everyone in the family for a reasonable price. The inside looked clean but since I didn't have a mask I took my business outside and through the drive threw. No big deal. The food was made perfectly and everyone was happy.
