So I've seen this place around my area for the last couple weeks since they've been open. I can tell you one thing this place is not on my list anymore. The food quality is kind of dreadful because most of the food is already pre-made and they just warm it up. If you're also looking for a southerly warmed up piece of food I think you're in the wrong spot. The people working here is what caused the service to be a one. Everybody working here is probably a teenager and they just like to bicker with themselves or make fun of someone especially how they're dressed. In this situation I had my hair slicked back and they were making fun of me right in front if you're also looking for a southerly warmed up piece of food I think you're in the wrong spot. The drive-thru even though they advertise is 24 hours was actually broken so you had to order right at the window you can still be in your car though. You have to watch them grab your food from a freezer and put it in whatever equipment to make it for you. The whole time they're just chit-chatting and I had the opportunity of listening to a customer complaint over the phone about their food and I was hoping that they would make it better for that person or try to give them any resemblance of fixing it in the future nope they just laugh at the person said we don't care and hung up the phone. Now back to my order I ordered a 50 g protein keto Pizza and to be honest with you I ate it because I had to pay almost $20 for it if not I would have thrown it away because it was completely burnt.this place honestly is nothing like the advertised on social media or they've projected at all through their marketing. I was really wishing for a great place with myself who has a dietary restrictions and honestly this is just a waste of time and money. I would not recommend going here and especially if you're looking for a cheap place to eat it's just honestly better for you to make some food at home because their prices are ridiculous. Some of their smoothies are almost double the price of any other place like tropical smoothie or smoothie King which are not too far from that area. I understand that they have different dairy options there but it's...
Read moreI've been on a health kick and decided to try this Cafe since it had all kinds of healthy, vegan, keto, and allergen-free options. It lists itself as "fast food & smoothies with vegan and keto options" and they 100% live up to their definition.
They have three locations in Las Vegas. I ordered for pick-up at their Warm Springs store.
I used their easy online ordering platform found on their website. Everything was clearly marked, detailed, and all menu offerings had a clear photo with the description.
I ordered the OMG VEGAN BREAKFAST SANDWICH comprised of a wheat free bagel, Beyond breakfast sausage, JUST Egg, vegan pepper jack cheese with a side of Lakanto sugar-free Maple Syrup (comes with it - on the side).
Easy to order and pay for. Their wait time is 10-20 minutes as stated on their site. It took less. There is a display online showing order prep and order ready status. I got there early. I received a notification that it was ready in less than 10 minutes. My order was in one of their ToGo Food Lockers located inside. You can access it with a scan of the QR code provided or your name. Easy enough. QR code worked properly. However, a staff member did come out of the kitchen to assist just to be sure I was able to access my order. He was very friendly and helpful. Nice touch.
Overall, my sandwich tasted great. Everything was fresh and made-to-order. A slight kick from the vegan pepper jack cheese. Bagel was a bit chewy but not in an unpleasant way. Each component worked well together. I did use the maple syrup on it which added a nice sweet element to it. It was a good, healthy portion for breakfast.
It was priced at $8.99 which I thought, given their specialty niche for healthy fast fare, was a decent price.
Their menu includes smoothies, bowls, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and desserts options served all day and night.
There is a 24 hour drive through.
They have a small outdoor patio table with an umbrella seating for four.
There is no indoor seating or restaurant area of any kind.
There is an order window with the menu displayed on their adjacent windows should you want to order there.
There is plenty of free on-site parking.
I would encourage you to explore their online menu to see if this suits your dietary needs or restrictions. I was very happy with my overall experience and look forward to trying more from their menu.
And the great plus to all of this is that their drive through is open 24 hours....
Read moreI live here, have celiac. And after giving them multiple chances to fix things, I will never go back. Absolutely awful, tough, dry food. Teeny tiny portions (toddler snack sized) and overpriced. No where to sit except one dirty table at the parking lot surrounded by cars, asphalt and exhaust.
Only thing they do well is marketing.
The owners though are very rude and they lambaste anyone who says anything negative.
UPDATE: I just saw the owner's reply. I just wish you guys would listen to our complaints and improve your restaurant rather than spending their time searching months of past orders for my name (off my credit card info?!?!). Just because us celiacs have a limited number of restaurant options to chose from, doesn't mean we should be thankful for awful, tough, dry food that comes in teeny portion sizes for big bucks. We have celiac, not a lack of taste buds! If you want to listen to feedback and if you want to improve your food rather than fighting all the reviews that say your food is bad then please, for the love of the celiac community, please LISTEN up! I have eaten there multiple times and 1) the food portions are TOO SMALL and the price is TOO BIG. 2) The food quality was consistently VERY POOR. Food was dry and tough. It did not taste freshly made AT ALL. It tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp or just pulled from the microwave. I know you will argue me and say that's not true but I AM TELLING YOU HOW IT TASTES! My husband and my friends who came with us all agree that the food tasted BAD - none of us plan to return! If your food tastes like it has been over-microwaved, but you didn't microwave it, then THERE IS A PROBLEM! Please fix the problem rather than arguing with people! 3) Please consider having somewhere for guests to sit down and dine that is not just a dirty table at the parking lot. As a celiac, I can make my own frozen pizzas in my oven at home - a big part of being able to eat out is.... EATING OUT! If I just pick it up and eat it at home, that kind of makes me feel like as celiacs you think we should be werewolves. WE NEED A RESTAURANT LIKE YOURS THAT IS DECENT!!!!!! The food itself was a 1/5, that is why I rated it as such. PLEASE work with a chef or someone else that can taste the poor quality that so many of us are complaining about! You may think your taste buds are the best, but we are trying to tell you that the food...
