If it was possible to leave 10 stars I would 🥰 This new spot was MUCH needed in this developing area of town. I am a BIG foodie and quality of food is very important to me, especially when it comes to sushi. Sashimi was A+++ here! You could tell by the taste that the quality is superb! Every piece melted in your mouth and was absolutely delicious. We ordered the Sushi and Sashimi combination, which came with 5 pieces of sushi along with sashimi, and a California roll. We also ordered the recommended roll, I believe it was called the Out of Control Roll. We also tried the crab rangoon, the combination fried rice and the kids bento order which came with 1 BBQ Bao and 3 fried gyoza. (All of those items I failed to take a picture of :( since I was so hungry and we started eating) I noticed someone walking out with a Boba drink but didn’t see it on the menu. Tanson, was very kind and told us about the flavors and they did indeed have Boba, which we got the Thai tea boba and we got to sample the peach boba (which was so delicious) I also highly recommend the milk tea as we tasted a little and it was SO perfect. Dessert was amazing! We tried a little mochi ice cream sampler of green tea, mango and strawberry. Perfect end to a great meal. In addition to the delicious food, the service was exceptional. Tanson greeted us right when we walked in and got us seated right away. He asked if we needed a booster for our daughter, which sometimes people forget to ask, so it’s nice when someone remembers. Jack was our waiter and was very attentive and helpful. Our drinks were always refilled, he brought our daughter a kids cup, which is always nice and all of the food came out pretty quickly! Overall I would say this place is really great and the service was top notch. It’s also nice to note that the restrooms were very clean and the restaurant smelled good as well! We definitely will be back soon!!

My wife had heard from a friend that new ramen and sushi place recently opened in Wylie and since we were in the area thought we would drop in for a snack vs. entire meal just to get an idea of what the place was like. We ordered three rolls and a single order of tuna sashimi to gauge the quality of the place. My wife wanted to try the ramen but this visit was just a snack as we already had dinner plans later that night. Being new everything looked great, super clean and the staff seemed to be running very smooth. Presentation of the order was nice and the ceramics they used for serving the one hot roll we ordered along with the ceramic soy sauce dishes were very unique and not just generic white porcelain. The quality of the rolls and sashimi were so good I wanted to cancel our dinner later and order more but that will have to wait for next time. While we did not sample the ramen we did see several other people enjoying it and again the presentation looked amazing. We will be coming back very soon as this place combines both quality and value - something that seems to be lacking in most sushi or ramen restaurants. Combining sushi and ramen is a great idea that provides something for anyone in your group.

Coming into the location the atmosphere is on point due to the decorations and seating arrangements. The interior is wonderful to look at with some paintings that help grab your attention while waiting to be serviced. Sadly, while everyone is friendly, the service is really slow. I believe it took 10 minutes for us to just get a drink order in, which is likely due to them providing water once you are seated. Outside of us, there was only one other customer, so I'm not sure what caused us to be serviced so slow, but it was repetitive. For everything we ordered (drinks, appetizer and meal) we had to wait a long time. It took us 2 hours to finish eating here just due to the high wait times on everything. The food was tasty, while also being easy on the eyes, however I feel for the price point it wasn't at the level it should be. I will say though as a plus to the high prices, they do provide quite a bit of food for each dish, so depending on the person you could think the price is right for eating here if you don't mind leftover sushi. For me personally, the prices are still too high based on the quality of food and snail service. There are other options worth going to that feel more rewarding without having buyers remorse after leaving the establishment and looking at your bill.

Relaxed but elegant space for some delicious sushi. I walked into this casual restaurant about 3:30 on a Friday, not knowing they are closed from 3-4pm. They still took my order with a smile, even giving me a complementary fountain drink while I waited. Everything was clean and the fish in the case at the sushi bar looked fresh and beautiful. I did an order to go but would’ve liked to stay, as the ambiance was nice. Contemporary music played, but not too loud and the seating looked comfortable. When I got home, a bit of a drive from the restaurant, the heat from my miso soup had melted the sauces and softened the sushi rice. Aside from the softening, everything looked delicious. It tasted delicious too! The only tiny issue I had was some hard lobster shell in my roll. There was enough of the very hard shell to drip a star from my eating but everything still tasted amazing. I’ll visit Hashi again.

I ordered a king California roll through their website. It the description says snowcrab, avocado and cucumber. However my order came with caviar which I did not add. I called to see if they would remake it since it I didn’t want caviar on my roll. They said I can take it back to have it remake and was on my way. They called me back and said that the manager said they couldn’t remake it since we ordered through their website instead and it wasn’t their mistake. I then asked for a refund since I was given something I’m not going to eat and it was no where listed on the website and the response was “no the only things we can do is a 25% discount on website.” I went back to the website to see the ingredients and the only thing I saw was to add caviar not that it came with it.

Bro and I went here for dinner. The Tonkotsu Ramen “R1” is “even better than pho” was what he said, and he’s Vietnamese. Crazy man. I’ll have to try it next time. I got the double dragon roll and was disappointed because the rice tasted low quality. A bit dry and grainy? No bad smell from the rice. It was just flavorless and unsatisfying texture. The shrimp and everything else in the roll was good quality and amount. The passion fruit tea was excellent. Best tea I’ve had in a long time. I will return for ramen and tea next time. Atmosphere, I love that it is not loud. Not many people. Good climate control with the AC. Good music that’s not blasting loud. Great vibes with the decor. Best sushi interior decor I’ve seen.
