I must say that there are very long lines at times at this restaurant and I would totally agree that it is worth the trip the only drawback that I have with this restaurant that it is more profit-based than customer base I personally believe that they are staffed and trained properly enough that the customer experience should be taken into consideration and maybe revamped not to make more money but to make more of an experience for a restaurant that has that caliber of food and possibly can be a huge tourist attraction but I do recommend any and everybody to stop by and try the food there will be a weight but it is worth it! I knew it was going to be iffy when I tried to call the order in 30 minutes after they said they were open and it went to voicemail and I called another location who denied being in anyway affiliated with them even though they have the same business name. Then when my coworker goes to get the food and I was called to tell me that they don't have any Lo Mein anymore although it shows up on their online menu. Ok. That's what I called for, to call in the order, but let's move on. Decide to order the Lobster. Oh. No. It was overcooked and swimming in a greasy, salty rice mixture and ...just NO! My coworkers fish was...strange and rubbery. The combo rice had what appeared to be days old chicken pieces in it. And to top it off? They decided that we could eat both with spoons. SPOONS! No forks were sent. Only plastic spoons. Two of them. NO ONE HAD ORDERED SOUP. So I called them and they actually told me that they don't refund Lobster dishes(!) but they do refund fish fillets and to come back and THEY WOULD COOK IT ALL OVER AGAIN. And I guess they would give me more spoons since they didn't even respond to that. I think not. No practicing on my time, just return my dime. This was beyond disappointing. Ā Ā Ā Read moreWORST EXPERIENCE EVERRRRRRR ! The staff at this location do not give a rats (fill in blank) about customer orders. First off I drove all the way from DALLAS to come here to start my weekend off bc I love their food. Iām calling from the interstate to call in my order to make things quick. They would pick up and hang up every time I called (I called 21 times). I finally get there 30 min before they close. Order veggie fried rice NO EGG (I have an allergy). I get my order and I notice there is in fact egg in there. I told staff and they call the guy who took my order to the front. He tells me TO MY FACE I never told him no egg. At this point all I want is my order corrected. I give them the food since it was made wrong and Iām waiting for the new order. The guy is trying to give me money and Iām saying I donāt want my money back I want my order. He says they wonāt remake my order bc they are cleaning the kitchen. I understand itās the end of the shift and they are ready to go but whereās the customer service. They have lost a loyal customer and the sad part is Iām sure they donāt even care. I would be satisfied if I could give them negative stars, they donāt even deserve 1. But shoutout to the security guard who definitely had more compassion...
