McDonald's — Restaurant in Contiguous United States

I was extremely unsatisfied with my visit. My food was cold (not because of the cook) and the service was ridiculously slow. This is the reason why. The manager and employees on duty were quite loudly discussing their personal lives and, were gossiping about co-workers. The reason I know it was their co-workers they were talking about, is because they were complaining about work not completed to their satisfaction. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL CONDUCT!! I walked in, instead of going through the drive thru, in hopes that I might receive faster service. I literally had to interrupt their gossip session and ask for my food because it was sitting in the shute for seven minutes, at that point. The employee that bagged my order was obviously irritated that I interrupted her. She crammed my order in the bag and slammed it on the counter, turned around and walked off. The manager didn't even apologize. I will NEVER return to this location! If the manager and staff loudly and openly gossip like that in front of a customer and treat customers that rudely, imagine how much more unprofessional their conduct is when customers...

I did not have a good experience and I wish I had gone somewhere else. I don't really want to come back here ever again.

The food was fine as far as McDonald's fast food goes and the person that had to help me when the kiosk did not function properly was great but those are the only good things I can say about my visit today. I was told that my food would be brought to my table but someone just shouted from the "pick up" counter that I had to go and get it. As I have mobility issues, this was frustrating to say the least. Once I had finally gotten to the counter to pick up my food, it wasn't even ready.

By the time I actually got my food, another person who had been waiting before I even arrived was still having issues getting his food at all. Later the original cashier came to me and asked if someone had brought me my food or not. I told her that I was told to get it myself. She was apologetic and I told her it wasn't her fault. It is however the fault of whoever is running...

Experience i got there was unfriendly I came in the employee Crissy was very rude and she was unprofessional while making my food and she was arguing with the other employees and I think u very professional I think u had a problem with Africa Americans because I one of them I don't appreciate how she treats other than there she is not friendly at so I think me as the customer should say she should be Terminated from McDonald's because I wont be back as long ur rude unprofessional employee Crissy is working there u Like rolling her eyes at customers because if I was unprofessional doing that at my job would have loss my job over it so ur employee Crissy is no different she works like me its lot of favoritism in her favor so I think she should lose her job over her Rudeness here disliking others race such as African Americans I really like something done about this issue please and thank you else over wise i wont be back until it's...
