The Nacho's and Salsa that come with you sitting in the restaurant were both amazing. They were fresh, hot and flavorful. Not overly salty either. The salsa was just right. I would order more but want to enjoy my food and not fill up. My Wife ordered the combination fajitas (steak and chicken). The first plate they brought out contained the tortillas, salsa, rice, black beans and guacamole. Then the sizzling fish with the chicken, steak, onions and peppers came out. This was the hottest (temp) skillet plate we had ever experienced. It was still hot towards the end of our meal. The char on the chicken and steak were perfect along with the seasoning. The perfect ratio of onion to peppers. The Black beans were amazing. the rice seasoned well and my Wife raved about the freshness of the guac. She thoroughly enjoyed her meal. I can tell you from making sure all food was eaten, her meal was good. I finished off her last fajita. :-) I hit the jackpot with my choice. The combination plate. Normally you get to choose two items but our waitress said it was all you can eat combination night and I could order as much as I wanted. She shouldn't have said that, LOL. I had the Pork Enchilada, Pork hard shell taco, Beef Tostada. I ended up ordering another Tostada when I finished my intial serving. It comes with the amazing black beans, seasoned rice, salsa and sour cream. The pork was marinated well and flavorful, the beef was good, the tostada she'll was perfect, the enchilada hit the spot and the taco was huge and filled to the brim. All in all this was a great find! We enjoyed everything about our experience at Pachanga's. Truth be told I saw this place while we were driving and thought I gotta try this spot because of the name alone. One of my favorite movies (Carlito's Way) had a character named Pachanga, played by Luiz Guzmán. Treat yourself and satisfy your craving for good Mexican food by dining...

Read moreSo my bf and I decided to try this spot out for cinco de Mayo cause my co workers have been saying great things about their food. I used to be a waitress/ host at a Mexican restaurant yrs ago and I know how busy they can get so we were already expecting it to be a wait which was fine . We pulled in and it was very busy, we walk in the restaurant and never was greeted by the hostess (it was 2 of them standing there). The 1 hostess was on a call so she culdnt greet us at that time but the young lady standing next to her was not doing anything and never greeted us. The first hostess had gotten off the phone and looked right at me and still we were not greeted. I stood there for 5-7mins with no acknowledgment from the hostesses. So I said excuse me, about how long would you say ur wait time is? She responded with “I don’t know how long the people are gonna be at their table so I can’t say.” She didn’t tell me or offer to put me on the waiting list either, so we left and went to Mi Casa down the street. We were greeted nd was given a eta on our table. That is what I expected from this business but didn’t get. I understand u can never tell how long customers will be at their table, but as a host u estimate by how long ppl normally sit at a table and from the last person you seated. You can estimate and say this is just an estimated time and I don’t guarantee a table at that time but it will be in that time range. Also to not be greeted at all, it should of been the first...
