Smalls Sliders — Restaurant in Prairieville

We ate here on Sunday, there were cars lined up all the way out of the parking lot, and it was a great experience. Tonight, I was the only vehicle there (there were three or four cars behind me, by the time I left), I had to repeat my order three times and wait nearly 15 minutes for two meals. There were 7 or 8 guys there, but only 2 seemed to be doing anything, other than playing on their phones and goofing off. By the time I drove the 2 miles home, the pathetic handful of fries were cold. This was seven months ago, but I thought I'd give an update. I received an email from the owners, asking for more information, with a promise of a response and a voucher. I responded with answers to their questions, including a scanned copy of my receipt. I decided to give Smalls Sliders another chance and was very pleased; I wrote the owners and gave them my feedback. I never heard back from the owners; suffice it to say, I never received a voucher, either. ...

As someone who very much does not like vegetables on my burgers ordering it without them on is simple. I've tried twice now to get it that way. Time one pickles were on all the sliders, I chalked it up to a bad night and threw the lot away, no other vegetables found. Time two no pickles showed up, I was hyped, but as I ate there were pockets around the burger where I could taste pickle juice and bites would have onion, I just threw it all away again. If you dig vegetables on your burgers you will probably like this place a lot, fries are pretty good and getting the queso on them is great. I just can't get past not having a single order correct yet. Why the 1 star? I'm a big baby and vegetables on my burgers is unforgivable, and I had it delivered thru Uber eats so I couldn't have it done back up. 2nd review: Stood at the window forever 2 cars at the drive thru, once they dealt with them they looked up like they were watching T.V..... Me and my wife walked around to the side window and nothing. My wife said they for sure seen her, But they still didn't take our order we waited 10-15 min and we left... 😡😡😡😡 This one gets zero stars! 1st review: Great Food!! First time we ate there it was great nice thick patty. 2nd time my patty was thin and smaller than the bun, it was still very good so still giving 5stars I'm sure they will work out the kinks.
