Food is fine if you go in and order but don't try ordering online. We try to eat there at lunchtime and send our order in online as we usually have 5 or 6 orders. This not only makes it easier for the runner picking up everyone's lunch, but you would think it would make it easier for Subway not to have one person in line placing six separate orders and holding up the line. Apparently this is not the case. They have one woman working there that refuses to fill our online orders until we get there to pick it up, regardless of how much time we allow them to fill the order, and regardless of the fact that our order was paid for online. Her excuse is that in store customers take precedence. This does not excuse her intentionally screwing up our order EVERY time because she does not like to do online orders. Read moreI bought a nearly empty "mayo sandwich" today. I don't think I've ever really had a negative experience at subway compared to these other places. But today was definitely an experience.
The girl working today was lovely, but the boy with the glasses made my sandwich + my fiamces and he will never be making another one of mine again if I decide to return to this location. I ordered Herb& Cheese 6" with teriyaki, provolone, LIGHT MAYO spinach, tomato, and cucumber. At the end I even asked him to ADD lettuce because my sandwich looked so empty :( and he covered my sandwich in mayo :(
