My friend and I stopped by to get smoothies. It took a minute or two for someone to take our orders, which honestly probably wouldn’t have happened if my friend didn’t ask if they were closed or not. It felt like we were inconveniencing one of them by being there. We finally ordered and we noticed they didn’t fill our cups up all the way after serving them. No big deal, there’s more left. UNTIL we literally saw them drinking parts of our smoothies afterwards. Like at least wait until the customers leave to do that. I wanted to say something but I chose peace instead after the day I’ve had at work. I’ve worked in food services for five years so I get being exhausted from being on your feet all day and interacting with people is draining. So we all deserve a small treat from time to time, I get it but don’t go about doing it that way. That’s a whole health violation. At this location they didn’t make it correctly and refused to make it right. I politely asked them to remake it since I paid over $6 for it. The “manager”, if that’s what you call her, smacking her lips and rolling her eyes said their was nothing she could do and have a nice day and walked away. I’m sorry, what?! You have this kind of person representing your business? Why couldn’t you make my smoothie correctly?! If no stars was an option that’s what I would give this location. But I had to give one.
Hopefully calling Human Resources and this review will keep this from happening to someone else that may not walk away from such a rude...
Read moreI placed an order on Wed for my meal break from work. Under their Google listing, they have curbside pick up available which is great since this location is in the mall. I clicked on the curbside pick up option in my order before submitting and headed over to pick up my order. I called the location upon arrival and was told to come inside to be handed my food (for curbside pickup). With no available nearby parking spots, I asked to cancel the order and was told no problem.
