During our visit to Newport News, we stumbled upon a Facebook post announcing that Inoodles was having a soft opening this weekend. Since we were in the area, we thought, “Why not?” Initially, we were unsure about what our kids would eat and started having doubts. I assumed it might be similar to Noodles & Company and considered going to Red Robin instead, as it was nearby. However, since we were walking past Inoodles, we decided to at least look at the menu.
As soon as we walked in, it was clear that Inoodles was nothing like Noodles & Company. The ambiance was breathtaking, with beautiful cherry blossom trees set in shades of grey, brown, and black, and elegant decorations. The atmosphere was simply amazing, with a subtle blend of savory and sweet aromas wafting through the air.
The host greeted us warmly, and we asked for a menu. What we saw did not disappoint. Within seconds, we knew we wanted to eat there. Our server was simply amazing, as was the entire staff.
Now to the good stuff: I ordered the spicy soy garlic wings and spicy beef noodles. My wife ordered the chicken katsu and the dumplings, and for the girls, we got chicken lo mein and a mango smoothie.
The spicy soy garlic wings were a delightful surprise. They were perfectly crunchy on the outside, with a juicy, tender interior. The soy garlic sauce had a perfect balance of heat and sweetness, making each bite a burst of flavor. I rated them a 7/10.
The spicy beef noodles were served piping hot, with steam rising from the bowl, carrying the rich, savory scent of the broth. The noodles were perfectly cooked, with a slight chewiness that paired well with the tender, succulent beef. The vegetables were crisp and fresh, adding a nice contrast to the dish. Although I felt it could use a bit more salt, the overall flavor was satisfying, earning a 6/10.
My wife’s chicken katsu was a standout. The chicken was crispy on the outside and incredibly tender on the inside, with a light, flavorful breading. The accompanying sauce was tangy and complemented the dish perfectly. The dumplings were another highlight, with a delicate, thin wrapper encasing a savory filling that was bursting with flavor. They were so good, they earned a perfect 10/10.
For the girls, the chicken lo mein was a hit. The noodles were soft and flavorful, with tender pieces of chicken and a medley of fresh vegetables. The mango smoothie was a refreshing treat, with a smooth, creamy texture and a vibrant, fruity flavor.
Overall, our experience was a 9/10. The prices were decent and worth it. The atmosphere was stunning, and the service was exceptional. We will definitely be returning...
Read moreI recently visited iNoodle, the newest addition to Patrick Henry Mall, and I was blown away by the quality of the food and service! The atmosphere was welcoming, and the food came out quickly, which is perfect for both casual diners and those grabbing a quick bite.
I tried a variety of dishes, and each one exceeded my expectations. The shrimp stir-fried noodles were perfectly seasoned, with fresh, juicy shrimp and well-cooked noodles that had just the right amount of bite. The flavors were vibrant, and the portion size was generous.
The beef noodle soup was another highlight. The broth was rich and comforting, and the beef was tender and flavorful. Paired with fresh herbs and greens, it made for a wonderfully balanced meal that left me feeling full but not overly stuffed.
Lastly, I couldn't resist the soup dumplings—they were an absolute treat! The different colors and flavors added a fun twist, and each bite was bursting with delicious fillings.
Overall, iNoodle is a fantastic new spot that delivers both quality and taste. Whether you're in the mood for noodles, soup, or dumplings, this place has it all. I highly recommend giving it a try—you won’t be...
Read moreWe went to iNoodle for the first time.to check it out while we were in Newport News Va back in October. It's located in the Patrick Henry Mall. We were very impressed with the atmosphere with the cherry trees when we walked into the restaurant. We were greeted right away with a host. I ordered Sweet tea to drink. It was refreshing and cold in that tin cup they served it in. Made it even better on that hot day. There was so much to pick from on the menu it was hard to pick just one. We started off with Philly Cheesesteak egg roll (2) $6.95 for appetizers. My husband ordered the crispy chicken cutlet Noodle Soup#5 $12.95. It was delicious. They give you enough for two people. I ordered the #1 Pork & Vegetable Wonton in Spicy Sauce $8.65. Let me tell you mine was spicy too! I added some of my husband's broth to mine to try and cool it off some. Flavor was great and a lot of food for the both of us. We had some to take back to the hotel to have for a snack later. 😋 When we go back to VA to see our daughter and daughter in law, We will be back to eat...
