I pulled into the drive thru I was told to wait a minute at the speaker. I waited for 5 minutes. They finally took my order and I drove to the window. Upon reaching the window she proceeded to hand me my drink and took my card. It took them five minutes to return my card. At one point I didn't know where the person went that had my card. They could have been back there copying my credit card information for all I know. She then brought me my card back and told me they were waiting on fries. Then for the next ten minutes I seen her walk outside speak with another employee then let that other employee inside and proceeded to speak to the employee in the doorway. At this point in time I was ready to ask for a refund but nobody was paying attention to the guy at the window even though I've been there for 15 minutes already. Finally they return with my food and I drove off my phone up to the light route 60 and thought to myself "I better check to make sure the orders right." it wasn't correct they forgot sauces that I had asked for. So I turned around and went back to the drive-thru. Upon reaching the speaker they inform me to wait again. at which time I proceeded to tell them they've already made me wait for over 20 minutes all I need is the sauce that they forgot. she then proceeded to get an attitude with me telling me that she had to wait to close her drawer, which is understandable, but I could have done without the attitude. I pulled up to the window and she reached me my sauce gave me a dirty look turn around without even saying thank you and close the window. Just shy of forgetting items on my order and past experiences of where they never ever get my order correct this has to be the worst Wendy's ever...

Went through the drive thru for the first time in over a year because I thought they’d had to have gotten rid of her by now but no. And to top it off, my order was not right. After returning to the drive thru to get the missing items, while starting to check the bag to make sure it was right this time, I was impatiently and rudely reassured by the window lady that it was right (her way of saying leave) so I pulled away without checking.
