Yoyo's Botaneria — Restaurant in Contiguous United States

It's such a cute spot with splashes of my favorite color magenta, within the mural painting and decor. The staff were friendly and attentive and thoroughly explained the menu options while asking me what I liked. The "bar" where you can add various homemade salsa and sauces was great, very unique, and delicious. I asked for which was the spiciest and went all in! Though it is stated as a snack type eatery, I was full, and the serving size is generous. The dessert was very delicious and quite filling. I was already full, but it was so good, I was determined to finish it! It was a crunchy crepe with Nutella strawberries, pistachos, and I think thinly shredded coconut, but I could be wrong on that part. It was delicious! 😋 I almost forgot the pineapple guava aqua frescos, muy rico! Fresh fruit, not a powder. Just excellent...

There were 3 people working, we walked in, received no greeting, we were clearly having trouble with the menu cause we had never been to a place like that and NO ONE offered to help, we placed and order, tipped and never got a thank you and neither a thank you when we left, people seem to be very unhappy working there. REPLY to your comment, I saw no one being polite to whoever walked in. I was there on the 29th around 7PM and yes it is legitimate unfortunately I had 2 bad experiences the same week, I am not one to leave reviews as you can see I have only posted 6 reviews it takes a lot for me to do so, I have to have a very bad experience to do so, as much as a HI walking in would avoided me doing this but the whole experience there was unpleasant, no need for a refund but thanks...

The owner of this restaurant is so rude!! I come here almost every other day with my children and tonight on my break from work I was dropping by to pick up food from next door and as there was no street parking I parked in this restaurant parking lot for a minute to pick up food. The owner came out and was recording and saying rude things telling me to get out if I’m not a customer - the parking lot was empty there was no one in their store and I parked for a minute as I didn’t have time to park far away and walk I only have a thirty minute lunch break!!! Never bringing my family here ever again with how they treat people, such a shame because their food...
