Terrible experience. I placed my order on the APP, and waited for my order. When the tracker reset and could not find my order after 55 minutes, I called the store. They told me they could not find my house, so they went back to the store. (various map apps can find my house just fine, I live off of a busy round about) When I called, they offered to bring out the cold pizza again. I had to ask them to remake it. The manager said ok, and that it would take 10 minutes to cook and 10 minutes to deliver. 25 minutes go by, so I call again asking what was going on. They said they got backed up with other orders, and that my order was just coming out of the oven. (so another 15 minutes or so to deliver). I told the manager to just cancel my order. Instead of trying to save the order, he just said "OK". I then called right back, and asked what went wrong, and why my order was not put ahead since I had been waiting. John really could not give a reason, other than they were busy. He then said he was going to give me the pizza for free and a drink. So I asked why he did not tell me that the first 2 times i called. I called and the lady said it is not kn our screen so it must have been placed from the website to the other store. Ok I drove to that location said no pizza there. Called back across town the lady said she read the screen wrong and it was ready. Drove all the way across town in pouring rain to pick my.45 min old pizza up and pay. Kimberely had an attitude ~said sorry about that real smart and it happens. No offer to have the other store that I was close to make the pizza since it was their fault. NO, it took an hour out of the middle of my day and my boss screamed it was my mistake. Poor website with glitches and 10 questions to add this or that before you can actually place the order now! Read moreI visited this establishment to order carryout. When I used my debit card, an option to tip (showing various percentage amounts) appeared on the screen of the card processing device. I tipped only because I was concerned how my food would be handled if I didn't. The person that processed my payment told me that the tip option would appear. When I saw it, I exclaimed, "A tip?" The employee said that I could decline to tip. As I said earlier, I tipped because I was concerned about ramifications. Domino's should remove this tip option. If I eat in an establishment, I leave a tip. If I order carryout from a restaurant that provides full service whose employees need tips to supplement there wages, I tip. If I receive pizza delivered to my house, I tip. Nevertheless, it is beyond tacky for an establishment to even suggest that customers tip for services not rendered.
