The owner says there's no use in complaining.... So, since he won't hear the customer's complaint, maybe the community would like to hear me instead? I asked if there was a crazy bread and cheese pizza ready, Devin told me yes, and so that's what I ordered. After returning the pepperoni pizza he gave me, it took him what seemed like 10 minutes to explain to his store owner/manager that he gave me the wrong order. I told Devin that I didn't want you wait and would like a refund, to which, he rudely responds that he "would need a manager and YOU (I) can wait for that,, YOU'RE GUNNA WAIT FOR THAT." AFTER explaining to the manager the encounter, Devin continues to mean mug me from across the counter defending his argumentative attitude. I'm no Karen, DEVIN is the reason you can't stay open on Monday's, sir! Fix your staff! Short handed or not, you don't keep customers paying for your employees paychecks, when they treat customers like that!    Read moreThis was too funny not to share. Rainy day, 9/9/24. Walk in. Dude working the counter was clearly annoyed at the lady in front of me not knowing how the online ordering and machine worked to get her stuff. He had that " I've had enough" look in his eyes. He aggressively asked "can I help you" Yes, do you have a Cheese Hot and Ready? No!! we don't do those. sooo you don't do cheese and hot and ready?. NO! only on the weekend. Ok, I understand the person before me was unaware of the process, but the aggression is not needed. Well do you have pepperoni? NO. it will be like 30 minutes. lol. At this point I understood dude was having a bad day, but damn. He was one more bad comment from flipping out. Maybe this should not be the person you put in front for customer service. My son and I had to laugh at what we just experienced. This store is close to our home and the service is pretty similar to this every time we are there. Absolutely abysmal service. Pretty much none existent. I walked in so I suppose that's where I went wrong. After standing in line for 20+ minutes and stopping two employees that walked by to ask if I could place an order I decided it'd be quicker to make a pizza at home so I left.
The person in front of me had already paid and only received part of his order. He was also attempting to get service but the staff was far too busy to attend to the front customers at the front counter and could obviously care less if we waited or left (they're probably happy a few of us gave up and left).
Clearly understaffed. No customer service. Parking is a major problem too.
Overall this place may be good if you're ordering online but if you're in a hurry and driving by do yourself a favor and just...
