I placed on online order before even arriving at the store. I waited almost twenty minutes in line, they still didn’t have my food ready so they had me park in stall 2. waited over over ten minutes in the stall before i got my food- which was cold even tho they asked me to park so they could make it fresh? still didn’t get my straw or sauces that i tried to ask for at the window before she slammed it in my face. the guy that brought my food out though was the worst. INCREDIBLY RUDE!!! i tried asking him for sauces and a straw but he kept walking away before finally turning around and yelling across the parking lot at me. he kept yelling while i was trying to answer what sauces but he was yelling over me while talking so he kept asking “WHAT SAUCE??? I SAID WHAT SAUCE?!?!” very aggressively across the parking lot. i told him honey mustard, he brought me two of the new chili sauce and was very snarky when i told him they weren’t honey mustards. i’ve been calling since i left the parking lot but no one is answering the phones at all. i’ve been calling for fifteen minutes. this has taken up way too much of my time especially for COLD food! the girl in the window seems too scared of the window to be working it, the man in the vest running orders out does NOT need to speak to customers if he doesn’t know how to do so properly, and the food shouldn’t be cold if i was asked to park and wait even longer for a mobile order i placed five minutes before even arriving. i would love to speak to a manager or supervisor about all of this, but i guess no one has heard the phone going off for the past fifteen...
Read moreI placed order via app for pickup - There was a line in the drive thru of 6 cars. All 6 cars ordered paid and got their food while I’m still sitting waiting on my food. When I finally got my food it wasn’t what I ordered. I came back and went inside and explained this was not what I ordered. I told them 3 or more times what I ordered and they still had to ask me. 4th time. I was in a huge hurry I only get 30 minutes for lunch. I left and headed back to work and I got my sandwich out and they still messed up my order. I wanted my sandwich plain meat and bread only — it came with everything in it including cheese of which I repeated meat and bread only NO CHEESE. I was livid and called back up there and spoke to the manager. He offered no apologies just said I could come back and they would remake my order for free. Free means you would mean to refund my money but that wasn’t being offered. I had to go back to work without eating any lunch and was hungry. I called their corporate office later that day and explained what happened and was promised a call from the district mgr. Didn’t happen. I called twice more and told them no no one has called me back. No one from McDonahs has ever called me back and it’s been over a month.
