Rally's — Restaurant in Conway

Honestly I would give this zero stars if I could . Never been to a Rallys before ,but I’m not missing anything . We pull up to the drive thru looking at the menu . A women greeted us and we told her if she can give us a minute to look over the menu . Not sure about y’all but I can’t decide in 2 min what ima eat especially when I was going to share with my man . She spoke after 1min of us looking asking if she can help us find something but with an attitude. My man responded back with a slight attitude “can you give us a moment please” . She then proceeded to speak into the microphone with a big sign saying “oop we finna get another line”. He respond back with “bro there’s literally one person behind me”. We felt disrespected for just trying to figure what we wanted . So we had to pull away to avoid getting more upset . I will not be back and I will make sure to share with family and friends. The women is not equipped to work in customer service if she has a nasty attitude when her job is to please...

This location always a problem with me the manager Alex is very rude here's my story today I ordered 2 super loaded bufords combos and also had a coupon to get 4 piece mozzarella stixs which was not expire the employee at the window was trying to scan it and ask Alex for help he came to the window so rude and said could not use my coupon because my combos were already discounted so I couldn't get my stixs that were supposed to be free if my purchase was over 3 dollars and the employee at the window even said that was wrong. I called corporate and they verified that I was able to get my stixs and didn't understand why Alex said I couldn't get em. After I got off the phone with corporate I call Alex and told him I spoke with corporate to let him know he was wrong and he argued with me and hung up in my face so at this moment I will never spend another dime at that location till he is gone and I would not recommend anybody else to go there and deal with this...

I had a coupon for large order of French fries only one dollar. I bought a stuffed pepper Jack cheese burger for 2.99. I asked if the apple pies are still 2 for 1 dollar. The guy says yes and wants to know if I wanted to include it in my order. I said I'd buy them when I finished my meal and get an ice cream cone. He gives me a handful of fliers that contain amongst other things, a coupon for a free ice cream cone. I said I didn't need that many but he said give them to friends and family. Wow, what a guy. I got my free ice cream after my meal and my two apple pies which I saved for later that night to snack on. Rallys has great deals and also has a coupon page that is mailed to us each month. Great food, great deals for anyone on a budget. And I've never had a bad experience with attitude. These employees at this location are really...
