First I saw "ATM" on the front window but didn't think of it since IT IS 2019....every chinese restaurant I've gone to in my life everywhere accept credit/debit cards. Heck some don't want to deal with the cost to having it and have a minimum $5-$10 order. China Top does not and honestly got an ATM themselves to profit from those customers who don't feel like carrying cash and want a paper trail of their transactions. Another issue is $3 fee to use the ATM. Usual fee is $1.50 in most places, except bars obviously. So I went to my bank ATM luckily down the road.
Got my usual food I would have gotten at my regular place in Hazleton but they were closed on Mondays. Does not include egg roll with dinner combo if I get pork fried rice. I got the food, fried rice is overdone. The wings were okay. I sat in the car while my boyfriend waited for the food, and as soon as he got to the car, we chowed down because it was so good! We shared the roast pork lo mein, sesame chicken (the broccoli on the side was so unexpected and so good!!), and crab rangoons. Happily would recommend any of them...
Read moreNot a fan of their fried rice, feels more burnt than other spots. Though their dumplings were very good for the area than other spots. The other major flaw is they're stuck in the 90s. Strictly cash only, no website, nothing to do with digital connection to the consumer, and its 2023. I don't know if they just don't want to or they just have prices too low to allow the extra expense for connecting with the wider audience in the general area. No dine-in, its...
