McDonald's — Restaurant in Cook

Fast food NOT!! Stop in on Saturday 6/18 at 10:35am lobby closed you can only use drive through. Have boat on trailer but they had a lane for that. Placed order for two breakfast and pulled forward. Employee came out and took our money and we waited and waited. Finally another employee came out carrying two orders and gave one to the car in other drive thru. Then went back inside and came out wit our coffees and order. Only it wasn’t our order they must have gotten bags mixed up and gave the other car ours. Employee took the fish sandwiches back and we waited some more. Another employee came out with a back and when we looked in it was fish filets and fries not our breakfast. Again we explained we had ordered breakfast employee advised us breakfast was over as of 10 minutes before. We said we ordered at 10:35. We were told there was nothing they could do so we asked for our money back. We got some of it back but they charged us for the cold coffees. We wasted 45 minutes...

Poor customer service. Person taking orders through the drive thru was very rude. When confirming my order, ended up getting a couple items wrong, when I went to correct them the person kept interrupting me with my total. Pulled up to the window to pay. Meanwhile, My husband Went inside to use the bathroom and was going to talk to someone about the rudeness in the drive thru. He was the only person in line and no one came to even ask what he wanted to order and by the time he got back to the car, I still hadn’t paid for our food. No one came to the window to take payment. after sitting there for 7 minutes, Francis finally came to the window and rudely told me to pull to window 2. We ended up leaving instead of going to window 2 to pay. Ended up taking my family somewhere else to eat. Will not be returning...

I stop at McDonalds thru out the US at least ten times per week. I love the coffee. The McDonald’s in Cook is far and away the worst managed of any I have been to. In theses days of take out only I can’t believe you can’t figure it out. This is not rocket science this very simple hire somebody that can manage it . You get what you pay fore. To the owner please sit across from your store and time and watch. Today I sat for eight minutes second from the delivery window waiting for coffee and coke,They should have moved the person to the waiting area. I had been in line for fifteen minutes. Again...
