Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Cookeville

The service there from some of the employees is absolutely ridiculous. I am somewhat a regular consumer at zaxbys and have noticed a particular employee more recently that is rude each time I come, I didn’t originally want to leave a reveiw, I typically don’t leave them, but coming to zaxbys is not enjoyable when this employee is working upfront. I am always kind, I always tell people to have a good day ect working in fast food, I get what it’s like, I know it’s a hard and VERY annoying job. Whenever keyaira is working up front I notice me and the other customers in line aren’t greeted, she never smiles, and has rudely interuppted me maybe 2-3 times now, (to ask about my order). I tell her to have a nice day, or I ask her about her day to get no response and typically a scowl. I dismissed it a few times and passed it off that she’s having a bad day, but I doubt that’s the case now. She makes me and my husbands experience at zaxbys typically unenjoyable to an extent, and i’m sure to many others as well. It baffles me that employees like this maintain their positions without changes in their payroll ect. I somewhat drew the line with this store when I watched her take trays from the trash cans and place them onto the counter where food is served. I find it very unsanitary I worry about the food I am eating now. It took me a moment to order aswell as she was on her phone,m and not paying attention, I said hello in a normal tone only for her not to reply, so I began ordering and she interuppted me to ask me my name. it wouldn’t have been an issue if when I said hello, she actually responded to me and asked me my name. And again with the phone issue, it’s unsanitary, people take their phones in the bathrooms with them, she touches her phone, and then the register, and possibly my food, without washing her hands, it’s bad enough that my food is touching the same surface trash has touched, I don’t need fecal matter on it too. I am making this reveiw about the employee keyaira, I do not want the others who were doing good to be scolded while working their aldready difficult jobs. We eat here weekly and have never had the service we had tonight. I understand that due to staffing issues you have to close early. To simply not take care of your customers is ridiculous. We had a mobile order and needed to add something when we arrive at the drive through speaker they inform us that they are closed. The staff member was very rude and then they practically threw our food at us and we wasn't able to add anything to our order. We will not be back. I will take my business to somewhere that appreciates its customers. Not to mention they turned away about 20 cars that had been sitting in the drive through line for 30 minutes. Ok so I love Zaxby's and enjoy eating there. They have their Asian salad right now and every year I get their egg rolls that they say are vegetarian. I don't eat pork at all and most egg rolls have pork in them so this is always a treat. So today I went and got my egg rolls and the first couple of bites I could tell there was something different. It felt like I was chewing up meat. I pulled my egg roll apart and there were tiny little pieces of meat all through it. I opened the other one and the same thing.
