IF my wife was posting this she would have five stars and wonderful things to say because I swear she can eat Taco Bell for breakfast lunch and dinner every day for the rest of her life and be quite content. I also am a fan of Taco Bell I even used to manage one or actually several some years ago but it's to me all the same stuff put in different forms so generally you're going to get pretty much the same flavors and textures just in different shapes. I mean that's okay and all but I'm just calling it what it is...an American version of Mexican food setup to be fast and cost effective. Since I was a manager for the newer "bold choice" designed Taco bells for a few years let me express some insider thoughts... During some are GM conference seminars they were comparing Taco Bell's drive-through speeds to that of McDonald's and wanted to achieve the same or better speeds but they gave you nearly a third of the people to do it with also they set their productivity rate for the employees when you're writing a schedule to 105% or at least back several years ago, which meant thateach employee was to be doing 100% of their position while on the clock and 5% of a different position which equals insanity. That's why for the most part I haven't worked there since because that's crazy! If you got 80- 85% out of an employee you have a a+ star employee. Just food for thought so next time you go into one and you want to criticize just remember in some cases it's not necessarily their fault but more of the expectations that are...
Read moreThe night crew here is good, especially with the Lady Manager! This is always my choice location @ night. Heres my little note about the food; when it hits, it hits! I order the crispy chicken cantina taco, and they only put the melted cheese on one side, which I like § prefer. The Algood spot puts it on both sides and that is such a nuisance, I avoid that spot continuously. There have certainly been times here where they have just absolutely shiested me on meat quantity (protein bro) someone must have had a bad day; times when the green sauce for cantina was forgotten; however, Câest la vie! Remember that we are all in this Life together, just be chill. When youâre chill theyâre chill, § who doesnât like the spirit of forgiveness? When you eat at Taco-Bell frequently, the chances youâll see a mistake are higherâ § at the same exact time, the more frequent people are chill & understanding, I believe the chances of mistakes will be lower!
To all the crewâ esp. the night crewâthank you thank you thank you đđ˝ without you, my T-Bell feast wouldnât be possible. Know you are...
Read moreThe girl on drive- thru was absolutely awful. I ordered through mobile ordering so I asked if I could get 3 tacos with lettuce since the app won't let you customize by 3 and this is the first time someone has told me no. Which okay, I guess I get it but nobody has ever had a problem as it wasn't like the order was already made. Then I asked for no ice in my drinks, the app won't let me put no ice. She said okay. I get to the window and she handed me drinks with ice. I wait for her to come back and at first she didn't even want to take them and told me "well it doesn't say no ice on the screen " to which I reminded her I literally asked for no ice at the speaker right before I pulled up. She reluctantly pours me new drinks but with an attitude. I know the job can be rough and people can have bad days but she was just one of the worst people I've dealt with ever in food service. The food was okay but considering there are like 2 other taco bells in the nearby area of this I will definitely avoid this...
