Let me start with im disappointed they do not offer fiancing. You would thi k they would but its a trick to get you to sign up for a syncrony home credit card (not visa) which you can only use at select locations. Unfortunately due to my circumstances we can not afford to buy a mattress outright so we had to get the cresit card just to get the mattress. They offer 1 dollar for 3 months then 33 months of payments. The first gentleman informed us that they wont even charge the card for awhile and i shouldnt get a statement in until September, he was wrong and we will get to that. I came in with the idea to buy the king size nectar copper premier as it was on sale and a adjustable base since they were giving 50% off the base. The associate did not ask us about the bed only the base i told him we wanted head and feet, he quoted us on it and showes us the model which had usb massage lights and everything. When finally getting to the paperwork the base he couldnt get the price like he said and ended up giving us only one with head and feet thats it. When we finished up we were set with $75 a month payment. I made sure that i could utilize the 120 day matress offer they have uf i dont like it, he said there was no fees and usually a restocking fee but the nectar doesnt have it so he guaranteed me there was no other fees if i need to exchange it. Everything comes in, the base no easily installed due to ackwardness and heavy. But the mattress was way too firm and hurt sleeping on it( i gave a weel but really couldnt anymore). I went back to a 2nd gentleman that then told me there was a $99 delivery fee and a $250 restocking fee. I informed him of what the gentlemen said to me and the 2nd gentleman did honor it luxkly but not a good feeling so far. Luckly this time the gentlemen actually tested mattresses to find the right one for me and got me set up with a pillow. I informed him that i can not go above $100 a month. He said that it was going to be $109 and i agreed because the bed felt this much better $9 a month was worth it. I made him double check that would include the previous purchase and for the 33 months, which he did. New bed comes in good so far. After a week the pillow still has not been processed and i keep getting told lies. Person on the phone said they wont order the pillow until the mattress comes in , then guy at store said 7- 10 buisness days. If its still not processed there is something wrong. But instead of helping me look into it they want me to wait after the 10 buisness days then they will look into it. I get if it was tarcking number shiped to wait but this isnt even processed. Then i get the cresit card in the mail. Turns out its $150 a month and feel totally robbed as i specifically told him i didnt want to go over $100. I did not have a good experience overall the only positive was one gentlemen took his time to help me find the right bed and pillow but after that feels all like tricks to gwt your money
Update My pillow stated it was delivered and was not. I double checked my foorbell camera asked my neighbors and gave it the rest of the day 6-8hrs. Contacted the store at firat at the begining they were nice about it and asked i give it to the rest of the day. Called back to inform them it was not delivered. They are investigating and asured me they will take care of it and thanked me for my patience. Updating to 2 stars as the customer servixe is proving to help the difficult time i have had before
Another update!!! :( So i will make this update short cause the review is already long enough. I got my bill in and they are now individually charhing me for the items i had on 1 receipt and they broke the promotion and now i have to pay the month promotion 3 times a month, the bills sent to synchrony their bank is different number then my receipt.

Read moreMy husband and I walked into the Lebanon Mattress Firm this past Tuesday, September 10 about 7:40pm. We knew we were pushing closing. We were greeted by Cyarra. She had a smile on her face. We explained that we had owned a Tempur-Pedic mattress for the last 10 years. We shared that we had looked online before coming in the store and needed a little more understanding on the different Tempur-Pedic mattresses as they changed since our last purchase. She walked us over to the mattresses and explained the differences. She sat down on the bed and acted as if we had all night to chat and asked if there were specific reasons we were looking at Tempur-Pedic. As I began to explain that I deal with chronic pain in my neck and shoulders. She gave a couple of testimonies of other customers that have experienced similar stories. She made a suggestion for us to consider looking at Purple. Unfortunately, the Lebanon store didn't have any for us to look at. She mentioned that the closest location that had one was Mt Juliet. Knowing the store would be closed before we could get there and the Labor Day sale was ending that night she went above and beyond to do what she could do to accommodate. She worked up a purchase order for use that included the Purple mattress, the Tempur-Pedic mattress and boxspring. We couldn't remember which type of box spring we had. She showed us how to know if we had a wooden platform box spring. She wrote notes to the Mt Juliet store to let them know that we would be coming. We didn't get to the Mt Juliet location until today. They did a great job of taking care of us. We purchased the Purple mattress. It has to come from the warehouse, so delivery is going to take a little longer than usual. I called Cyarra after we purchased the mattress today to let her know that we did decide to go with the Purple. She was excited for us and said to let her know how we like the mattress after we have had about 30 nights sleep. From someone who works in the sales industry, it is so nice for a salesperson to sit down and listen to our concerns and recommend a product that might help. Cyarra never once acted like it was closing time and that we needed to hurry and make a decision. She did everything to put us first. We were highly impressed with her customer service and professionalism. We know that she mostly works in the Cookeville location. Next time, we just might make the hour drive just to have Cyarra help us again. We can't thank Cyarra enough for all that...

After weeks of research we decided on a BeautyRest Hybrid mattress called the Dawson. Not a low end- not a high end—retail $1999. We were so excited we picked it up ourselves, since the delivery was over a month out. I proceeded to shop for sheets as well as a bedspread. The first set of sheets was really big on the bed. We decided to measure the bed. A king is supposed to be 76x80. Ours measured 74x77. A big difference. When we contacted Mattress Firm they told us that that the industry standard is a few inches different that advertised. How disappointed we were. So we shopped around some more. Figuring we had the 120 night sleep guarantee. Well other brands were a little better but no one was 76x80. Totally false advertising. Naturally sheets do not fit good and the bed looks sloppy all the time. The 120 night guarantee had all kinds of restrictions. It would have cost us over $300 to return. Now even the sleep industry is ripping us off. Just like the mayonnaise jars that are not 30 ounces instead is 32. Plus if indeed the industry standard are smaller than advertised.
