McDonald's — Restaurant in Coon Rapids

Very rude staff, even management! My 7 year old son was Disciplined by a “crew member”! Apparently while my son was supposed to be getting water in his water he thought he would get away with getting soda instead. (He is not allowed to drink soda ever). A crew member by the name of Lindsey thought it was ok to yell at my son, take the cup out of his hand and throw it in the garbage, then told him he needed to leave McDonald’s or they were calling the police on him! When I spoke with the manager micheal (a woman) she told me that is the policy that they follow when a child gets soda instead of water. To call the police on a 7 year old??? With out talking to the child’s parents? If one of the staff would have came to me or his dad about the issue we could have paid for the pop and handled the issue of taking the pop instead of water! I will never go to that McDonald’s again! Not to mention the last 3 times we have went, there is crew members sleeping in the booths, on break or not that is extremely...

I go to this location all the time as it is convenient and close to my home. I decided I wanted to go grab a quick lunch at this McDonalds. I ordered through the app. Large Caramel Iced Macchiato, Cheeseburger with a free medium fry. When I went to the window to pick it up there was this lady who handed me my coffee. it was half filled because I asked for no ice. I asked her "whats this" her tone of voice was rude and commented back "Ice Caramel Macchiato with no Ice." Seriously? half filled? I came here before ordered the same thing and they filled it up with no problems without ice in there. I am also not gonna spend $5 on a large coffee thats half-filled. I didnt appreciate the tone of voice of what I was assuming the manager on duty. Then, I noticed they forgot my fries. I had to walk back into the store for them. I am nice to people who work fast food because I understand it is a difficult job, but talking to me like that at the window upset me and forget my fries also??? Do...

We waited in line for 10 minutes for the staff to make only 2 peoples orders. We then proceeded to order only to find our food hardly cooked. Fries were over salted, burger meat wasn't grilled long enough and left me sick for the whole evening(not to mention the entire bun was saturated with grease. Literally, it was damp and leaving my entire fingers soaked and wet, and also it was falling apart from how saturated it was). The chicken nuggets were disgusting and were like a shell with a thin strip of chicken in them. To top it all off, they didn't give me my medium drink cup, and wanted to charge me more because the cashier didn't put it in when i was initially taking my order
