I haven’t been this disappointed in a really long time. I often visit this branch, as it’s on my way home. The service is always fast and efficient, but today was a completely different story. First the young boy taking the order overcharged me and rang up a meal as 3 separate items. When I pointed this out, he immediately started arguing, and only then realized he was in the wrong. The manager came to cancel and redo the transaction. She admonished him and told him that she cannot keep getting called to the front to fix mistakes. After 40 minutes myself and two other customers that came in after me, were all still waiting on our food. The manager was the only one there who seemed to know what was going on, and there were only three, what seems like high school kids, trying to run this place during peak hour. The guy that ordered me decided to ask for a refund, I concurred and requested the same. The manager lady came to assist. She wasn’t very friendly, but that I understand. Her service was falling apart and the youngsters were not doing as told. While she was busy processing my refund, the young guy that took and messed up my order brought my food. I told him no thank you, as I requested a refund, as waiting for 40 minutes for 1 small sized meal and tots was ridiculous. He then got really arrogant and verbally attacked me for canceling my order! This is ridiculous! The manager said nothing. No apology, no telling the young guy not to address customers in that manner, nothing. She just handed me my receipt. The other two gentlemen tried to explain to the manager that the service and wait time was unacceptable and that the young man’s attitude was unprofessional and uncalled for, as everyone stayed polite despite requesting refunds. Read moreUpdate Dec 17 ,2022. At 10 pm Terrible place , avoid it. Drive through was 25 minutes long, with only 2 cars ahead of me. Burger was stone cold , wow. Lady at the window was RUDE, as to why it is taking so long? Apparently, They are low on staff !! I get that but being Rude and then Slaming the window on you is NOT ACCEPTABLE. Period. Can not manage it , close the place. But do not serve cold burgers. NOT GOING THERE AGAIN. 2021 - Bad Experience..........stay away......this is my local and go there regularly.......... BUT lately services is simply Terrible, ( no thanks, no pleases ) Close to closing time 9:30 to 10 pm, service becomes even worse......... This Wednesday, Mar 3rd, 2021 ordered food at 9:30 and picked up at 9.42.......Burgers were stone COLD, Onion rings were burnt ............ Jalapeno Chesse bites were like Rocks....... Not going there again, specially close to closing time...... To add insult to injury, Restuarant Code on top of the receipt was PURPOSLY ripped so that i can not do the survery for BK...... good going...

I leave half way out of Walmart parking lot to find your guessed it, Full of ketchup and pickles.. either that can't read or don't care.. had to go back in and wait while I watch the girls try and pull it apart and give me the same one untill I called them out on it!!!

The Worst Drive Thru Ever! Literally 25 minutes stuck in line between cars~!
