Subway — Restaurant in Cooper City

I walked in and stood waiting for the employee standing at the counter to notice me. He had his back to me, prepping some sort of dough with meat, talking on his cell phone. A lady then walked out from the back asking what she could do for me. I told her what I wanted and she began making my subs. That’s when another customer walked in but went straight to the cash register. She needed change for a $20. The woman assisting me then asked the man talking on his cell phone to help the woman who needed change. He then put his cell phone on the table where he was prepping the dough, turned around and gave the woman change for a $20 out of the drawer. He then turned around, picked his phone back up, and continued with his meal prep. DISGUSTING! Never changed his gloves once! Who knows what else he was doing with those gloves on, he could have emptied the restroom trash for all I know. I then confronted the subway crew with what I had witnessed and they just stood there and couldn’t believe I was going off. I left when she was in the middle of making my subs. Will...

I don’t think they understand what customer service means! No wonder they are doing bad business and everyone is so frustrated at this location. Everyone is always complaining here and in a bad mood! The avacado looks stale and not changed since morning! Even if you are hungry and dying of hunger, do not I repeat DO NOT GO to this location. There is one right next to this, I have never been there but anything is better than this. Subway as a franchise is my favorite because of their convenience and multiple locations but I think they did a bad job at training people for customer service and satisfaction. Hope...

We get 10% discount at this Subway location and when I was paying for my sandwich I requested it and the cashier didn’t know what to do so she called another employee and she started typing something and left. Then the cashier finish the transaction and gave me the receipt. When I sat down to eat I checked it and I noticed she never gave the discount. What offense me it’s that she lied 🤥 when she pretended typing something I thought she was going to giving me the discount. She should’ve told she won’t or she can’t give it to me and be at front.
