Went here for the first time after searching what new coffee shops to try.

First, the location is not a good location. Parking is limited, crammed, and you’re on the rocks. Second, I waited an hour and some change in the line. I’m not sure why I thought it was a good idea to try this today, on a Saturday. This is not their faults though — this just means the business is popular which isn’t a bad thing at all. However third, which is the reason for my 2 stars — after waiting in line for an hour and a half I get a drink + pastry and automatically regret. The pastry I got was ok, but the drink wasn’t good at all. It wasn’t terrible per se, it just tasted like watery sweet milk. I’m upset & disappointed. If I could’ve gotten my money back that would’ve been great, but that is not an option. I’m mad that I wasted my first weekend of the new year here. I had to go buy ANOTHER coffee at one my fave places Cali Coffee to move on from this. For the high price(s), the coffee should’ve been phenomenal. My mom and I had a wonderful experience trying Haute Coffee for the first time this morning. The staff are very welcoming/friendly. I LOVE the ambiance! Music was playing, there are tables outside and umbrellas to shade from the sun.

Now for the drinks and food! The quality of the lavender matcha is top tier! I can tell by the taste and the way the matcha was blended that this is made with high quality matcha. There were absolutely no clumps, which unfortunately does happen sometimes when ordering a matcha latte, but at Haute Coffee, their matcha is clump-free!

The croissant was extraordinary! Flaky, packed with flavor, and nice and hot straight out of the oven. The ingredients are fresh. Fresh strawberries, jelly, and cheese filling.
