8/10 would recommend I walked in there was only a table for three already there. I had never been there and I wasn’t greeted when I walked in until after the server was done getting the tables order and I had to ask if I just pick a table or not. Once I sat down she brought me a menu and I ordered a water. It took a good 8-10 minutes from bringing me my drink to taking my order. I had already sat the menu down and had been ready to order for the majority of that time. Once I ordered the food came pretty quickly. First the side Caesar salad and garlic knots. The salad comes in a small bowl completely filled witch is great except the dressing was in a small spice dish next to it so there was no way to add the dressing to the salad and mix it up without making a mess so I had to dip the first couple of bites which isn’t ideal. The garlic knots were warm and fluffy and full of butter and garlic, however, with the amount of garlic in it I was shocking surprised at how bland these rolls tasted. They were ok good but definitely not great. Then came the shrimp panne Alfredo. It was a good portion absolutely no complaints there. The Alfredo sauce itself was absolutely delicious the pasta was al dente as it should be and the shrimp was huge and plenty just how I prefer although, they were covered in sauce and cheese and parsley which normally isn’t a problem however, they were tail ON shrimp and personally I do not understand why restaurants insist on leaving the tails on shrimp in dishes like this turning a non finger food dish into a messy finger meal. Also, the shrimp were a bit tough but still good. In the process of eating I had been checked on twice once within seconds of being brought the salad and rolls and again within seconds of taking my first bite of Alfredo. After that I hadn’t been checked on until I had finished my meal. I hadn’t to ask for more water when someone finally walked by the table after I finished my meal while they were asking me if I was done. Note by the time I got my meal I was the only customer in the restaurant. The food is worth coming back the slow service makes me question it. The presentation of food isn’t a deterrent of revisiting just an inconvenience while eating. Also side note …. The bathroom light wouldn’t come on without flipping the switch multiple times. Edit: the tortellini bolognese is absolutely delicious while the baked ziti is sort of a let down in flavor and the sauce almost seamed broken to me. I also love mozzarella sticks but they seamed old and stale. If they were fresh and melty as mozzarella sticks should be then they would be delicious as the breading had good flavor. I had the pleasure of trying a variety of dishes from this amazing restaurant, and wow — I was seriously impressed! Everything I tasted was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with love. The pizza had the perfect crust — crispy on the outside, soft in the middle, and loaded with toppings. The chicken nuggets and tenders were juicy and seasoned just right. I also tried the wings, and let me just say… finger-licking good. The sauce had the perfect balance of flavor. Now the pasta dishes? Next level. The chicken Alfredo was creamy and rich, the spaghetti had a classic homestyle flavor, and the lasagna was layered beautifully with just the right amount of cheese and sauce. My favorite might have been the chicken Parmesan — crispy, tender, and smothered in cheesy goodness. You can tell the kitchen takes pride in what they serve, and it shows. Everything was hot, fresh, and honestly better than I expected. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for comfort food done right. I’ll definitely be back again soon!

Hands down, one of the BEST ITALIAN restaurants I’ve ever tried in the area! Our usual go-to Italian place was closed, so we decided to try Firefly based on its great reviews — and I’m so glad we did. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly and told we could sit wherever we liked. The ambience is the perfect blend of cozy and homestyle Italian. We ordered the lasagna and chicken marsala, and most meals come with bread and soup or salad. We chose the minestrone soup, and I must say it was delicious! The bread was perfectly baked — crisp and buttery on the outside, warm and fluffy inside. Our main dishes were not only delicious, but you could tell they were made from scratch, with generous portions to match. I would highly recommend Firefly to anyone in the area looking for traditional, delicious Italian food. Don’t hesitate — try this place!

I have spent well over $600 to $700 in catering for my veterinarian 2 times now on holidays. Never again. They employ over 20 people. All will not be coming back. Such an ego that you believe you can survive treating customers like you do if the food isn't to a standard that'srepeatedly. I hold you to a standard of when you started. This place has fallen off.

Update: Owner has illusions of grandure about his product. Puddles of grease on all the last pies I had including completely inedible steak subs. Jersom will purposely ruine food if you have questioned or returned food to the restaurant. Ontop of all this the owner Sam walks around in the kitchen without shoes on. Pretty sure that's against health code. If ya want some foot from 3rd world Sri Lanka enjoy. Became a muslim company that doesn't respect Americans. Since going halal it has become way below standards.

Sam has fallen short as an owner. He is relying upon someone other than Alfredo. Jersom or however it is spelled is the downfall of this great diamond in the rough. Watched it go from an amazing local best experience with Alfredo to being handed over to Jersom with inconsistency and severe drop in quality of product. Will never recommend or bring back bussiness for them to cater any single one of my customers. Products have become greasy and inedible. What once was a great quality product by Alfredo is not a pike of garbage and grease by Jersom. All it takes is patients and some time to learn properly from Alfredo and repeat as he had for over 35yrs. Find elsewhere as quality and product has changed...

Absolutely the worst service I've ever had! The owner must have been in a terrible mood because he treated me and my family like dirt!!! At 8pm on Saturday night there was not a single person in the restaurant... I asked if we could sit in the restaurant to eat their take out special if I PAID EXTRA because the family that I had with me just moved here from Venezuela and have a one-room efficiency with no plates or any utensils.. I told the owner this. He refused us sitdown service and told us to go down the road to another Plaza. I was blown away! I couldn't believe he was willing to allow myself my friend and 3 children to walk out of his empty restaurant and sent me somewhere else.. even the poor teenager that was working there was embarrassed and apologized several times to me and my family... I will never go back there I will never recommend that restaurant to anybody and anybody that reads this review should boycott that restaurant. I firmly believe that it was motivated by the fact that I'm the only one that speaks English and everybody else was Hispanic. From the moment we walked in the door he had an...
