I been ordering from Jersey John for years. On Saturday I placed an order of $60 and my whole order was completley wrong the receptionist told me which had the decency to say there's no way that they got all of that wrong.Today is now Tuesday and I've yet to receive a call from them. I called today to speak to a manager which happens to never be in, sounds very typical when theres an issue. Yet this is the treatment a customer gets when they messed up my entire order. As of today I will no longer buy from a company that treat customers like this. I was also told that if I went into the restaurant to speak to someone the owner will not be happy. Who says that!?!?! As an adult when you are wrong you fix it plain out and simple. YOUR COMPANY HAS LOST MY BUSINESS. I have put a claim with my bank, since they are giving me the round around hopefully then I can get something done since they are not willingly to solve the issue. I dont recommend a place that treat ppl like this when they are in the wrong. I WANT A FULL REFUND AND AFTER TODAY I WILL NO LONGER ORDER FROM JERSEY JOHNS.
I never cursed at a 17 year old receptionist that's a lie. To begin with your great customer service took 3 days to return a phone call? Or maybe the fact that you happen to be in the restaurant when i was told by your receptionist you weren't in. Not to mention she also informed me that if I came in to speak to a manager that you would get very upset. Put yourself in my shoes as a paying customer not everyone will always be happy but it doesnt mean that your right either. The things your employee said to me, " there no way, they got everything wrong" which yes indeed they did get wrong. I am honest person. I work just like you do and I enjoy treating myself to things when I have it but I expect for what I paid for. Just to clarify things, this all could had been avoided if you as the owner made a simple phone call the following day or your cooks could had just followed what we asked for from the start. And you should take care of people that spend money at these family own businesses, we support it and this is also my community that we share. At the end of the day my fiance came in and had a conversation with you in person and in return you finally compensated us with two pies. Which I did appreciate, but it shouldn't have to get to this for you to take care of a situation as an owner. As for me coming back to your restaurant it okay, I'm not interested in doing business with a man that hide from his customers. I'm only impressed by people that actually take care of those that take care of them since that's a rare thing these days. Wishing you nothing but the best of...
Read moreJersey John’s fantastic food! Beat lasagna I ever had, reminds me of Deandres Roma in the 70’s So here the huge problem. For over a year now we have all been at home doing as we’re supposed to do being safe not going out and of course ordering food. Jersey Johns like many other restaurants uses DoorDash Uber eats Postmates. Oh but wait they no longer use Postmates so when I made my order my order was immediately canceled and now I’m out $30.74. So of course I called back days later because I couldn’t get my favorite lasagna that night and I order $147 worth of food. Now the food is delivered via DoorDash however one big problem jersey John’s does not take any responsibility for these third-party delivery services. They say they instruct them on how to properly handle the food. The problem areas is not only denial on their part but they don’t even bag or box the food individually so these drivers cannot spill the food or in my case turn my pasta is upside down. So I once again called to complain and see if the manager was willing to send a fresh pasta to my home. The manager not wanting to speak to me on the phone said that’s my problem to his assistant and that I have to contact DoorDash. I wasn’t created for all the money that I spend at this particular restaurant over the past year and I thought that was extremely poor poor customer service. The kicker of it here is also that Jersey Johns has their own delivery service which they neglect to tell you until you run into some kind of problem with DoorDash or Uber eats then they tell you oh well we have our own delivery service why didn’t you use us they’re trained and skilled. I’m sorry I think that they have made more than enough money over the past year during this pandemic crisis for all of us that are trying just to be safe and feed our families at home we all deserve a little bit more customer service and tear on the part of these restaurants and these delivery services that are gouging us for hundreds and hundreds of...
Read moreDo not order from this place. I am not one to leave reviews on anything really but after tonight I was left no choice. This place used to be the BEST in town prior to the new management coming in and ruining everything that was good about this place. The food is HORRIBLE now.
Ordered a pizza, kids meal, and soda tonight to give them another shot after many bad experiences with the food taste and quality since the new management came in. The pizza tasted so disgusting.. like chemicals.. or dirty water. I can’t even explain it. It was nasty. So I complained and Grubhub refunded my order altogether.
An hour later the man who I guess made the pizza from this place calls my phone 3 times. I answer and he asks me “why did you request a refund for your order?” I said I didn’t. I complained that the pizza was nasty and Grubhub decided to refund the whole order on their own. This man then says “the pizza was fine” I said I have ordered from this place for years and never had an issue until new management took over and the food has been really bad since then. This man responds “you’re lying. I do not believe you.”
Unprofessional, rude, and flat out stupid. Keep your nasty food. I will never order here again. You guys have ruined this place.
Oh and as for proof the pizza was never eaten because of how nasty it is. Here’s a photo for you. It’s sitting here in my kitchen. It looks as nasty as it tastes. Come pick it up and eat...
