Here's the detailed explanation of why you shouldn't go to sleep while burning a candle:

Safety Risks Fire hazard: Candles can ignite nearby flammable materials, such as curtains, bedding, or furniture, especially if they're placed too close or left unattended. Burns: Candles can cause burns if you accidentally touch the flame or hot wax. Electrical fires: If you have candles near electrical appliances or cords, there's a risk of electrical fires.

Sleep-Related Risks Disrupted sleep: The flickering flame and scent of candles can stimulate your brain, making it harder to fall asleep or stay asleep. Oxygen depletion: Burning candles consume oxygen, which can lead to a decrease in indoor air quality, potentially disrupting sleep. Carbon monoxide poisoning: Improperly ventilated candles can produce carbon monoxide, a colorless, odorless gas that can cause headaches, dizziness, and even death in extreme cases.

General Precautions Never leave burning candles unattended: Make sure to extinguish candles before leaving the room or going to sleep. Keep candles away from flammable materials: Maintain a safe distance between candles and any potentially flammable objects. Use candle holders and snuffers: Ensure candles are placed on stable holders and use snuffers to extinguish flames instead of blowing them out.

Alternatives for Relaxation Essential oil diffusers: Use calming essential oils like lavender or chamomile to promote relaxation. Soft lighting: Opt for soft, warm lighting from lamps or string lights instead of candles. Calming music or nature sounds: Create a soothing atmosphere with calming music or nature sounds.

Prioritize your safety and well-being by avoiding candles before bedtime. Instead, explore alternative relaxation methods to promote a peaceful and...

We’ve been in the area for a week and made it our mission to try every coffee shop we could. Prolly two a day, every day. This place was the clear winner.

The coffee is consistently the best we’ve had. They’ve also got a great lineup of fun, creative drinks, and they’re more than happy to tweak things if you want to customize. Also… I wasn’t expecting much for the ice cream but it’s genuinely better than the DQ down the road.

The burritos are not the size of your forearm (thankfully), but they are perfectly portioned and super flavorful. Just the right amount of everything.

Bonus points for the chill vibe. They joked around with me while I waited, and I could actually hear my car music outside without a speaker war happening.

Only issue is that it’s a little slow but I’m happy to wait...

I travel a lot and try to find an independent coffee shop for a first stop in the morning . I usually try to order a breakfast sandwich and a cappuccino. Sometimes, on a rare occasion, the shop will get it right. Onyx coffee lab in Bentonville AR or Java Moose in Grand Marais MN are two that are great. These guys with a 2 window nicely done espresso shack blew me away. The coffee was hand tamped old school espresso with nice nutty and chocolate notes. Smooth with no bitterness. The milk was just right with no scalding. The breakfast bagel was put together from scratch, perfectly cooked with the sausage, egg, bagel and cheese each a flavorful standout. These guys know what they are doing and their product is outstanding. A great morning stop on your Oregon...

Absolutely amazing! Best breakfast burritos and smoothies we have ever had! It looks like a tiny little drive through coffee shop, and they do serve coffee drinks of all types, but do not count them out for food! They have a little bitty counter inside that you could sit at, but the best view is to walk to the other side of the container in the back right of their lot. They have a few tables and great water view! Could not have asked for friendlier staff or better food! A definite stop in Coos Bay!

Very modern, fast service right to order. Really interesting scones, vast array of espresso drinks. But the simple latte and oatmeal chai we got were expertly prepared with the same care as probably is put into more elaborate drinks. Our got drinks were good and hot, the scones served warm. I'd never seen a dark chocolate cherry coconut scone before and it was tender, studded with all the named ingredients, and Delicious.

Needed a place to chill while a friend was working on a job and found this great place! Perfect selection of food! Had something for anytime of day and in-between! Most of the building is a kitchen which includes an entryway with countertop seating. It is an easily accessible drive up right off the highway with a picnic table and big parking area with benches as well if you want to take a nice break.
